Excellent service from Staff at Amaya Food Gallery (Breakfast), right from the greet staff, to the waiters. Special shout out to 2 amazing staff at the egg station, the malay girl (Intern) who greeted me with a bright and cheerful good morning and ask how is my stay at Amari Hotel. And also the malay gentleman who cook my sunny side up, we chatted a bit and both are indeed warm, polite, cheerful and charasmatic, I reckon you could sign up the malay girl to work with you permanently, and please send my compliments to them, for their amazing energy and happy faces, to me they are the face of Amari. (Breakfast: Dec 1st, 2024). The concierge service as outstanding as well, polite and friendly and helpful.

If your hotel could practise some flexibility on the check in timing, I was willing to bear additional cost to check in earlier to my room but it wasn't allowed. And the front desk promised to call me once my room is available, however I did not received any calls at all. This happen twice during my stay.

📌The bed was super comfy... (we slept throughout the night) 📌I was delighted to be welcomed by a Birthday Cake by the Hotel in the room #1808...it made my day💋 📌Staffs were Helpful & Friendly 📌Love the vicinity & convenience stores in the premises... (Our favorite chilling out place is just across the street; Lepak Corner which serves Good Food & Good Services so far)

📌However the aircon in the room was not cold enough *even after adjusted to 20 degrees and the shower area was a little moldy 📌Room rates is a little more pricier compared to other nearby hotels though...so might be choosing other alternatives when staying in jb since we only need to use the room to sleep coz most of the time in the day we are out and about....✌️

This place is very comfortable, neat and clean. I only stay for a night and not having the breakfast buffet, so nothing much I can say. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming.

The air-conditioning temperature is centralized, min temp only at 20 and cannot adjust to be lower while the weather is scorching hot. Perking is not free. You cannot validate your touch n go card for parking even if you are the hotel guests. The parking rate is rm3 per hour, imagine if you're staying for a night. Bring your tng card to the hotel lobby and they will charge you rm10 for parking. Then they provide a letter and you need to give it to the admin office at the parking area and he will open the gate for you.

Breakfast is awesome. By far, the best one we ever had compared to other hotels in Jb. Love the kids corner, pool and football game. Location is convenient and we feel safe. All staffs including security are all so friendly, greet you and always smile. Near to the malls, convenient stores, food place and Bazar Karat.

Some moldy part in the shower area. Soap and shampoo too small for me. Limited TV channels. Pool time is too short, in SG the pool is open till 10pm. Kids love the pool. Our door handle is abit hard to open. Only one room card is given so if you need to go anywhere, have to go together.

The breakfast was wholesome, value for money. The reception was colourful and grand given the festive season. Loves the pool and snooker and babyfoot table. Well thought out. What is missing is a kids playroom. The spa was the most beautiful place in the hotel. They used MURAD and that was a seller. Location was great.

The rooms on the executive floor lacks planning and has poor ergonomics. Toilets have limited hooks, soaps were in measly quantities. Tissue paper quality was basic. The furniture in the room was not in harmony with the overall theme of the hotel. The lounge should provide both tea and dinner hot meals, like most executive lounges, especially given the holiday season. The pool was ridiculously cold. You will need to block off the wind or install heated pools. I would come again if these issues were not present.

The property is incredibly convenient for those coming from JB Sentral. All it takes is a walk through two interconnected malls, and you’ll arrive at your destination with ease. The real highlight of our experience was the massage at Breeze SPA. A special thanks to Joyce, who worked wonders in releasing the stubborn knots in my back—a challenging task she handled effortlessly! And kudos to Wana for being so attentive and wonderful with my child, making the experience even more memorable.

The directions to reach the hotel from JB Sentral could have been clearer, and even within the mall where the property is located, the signage was quite lacking.

fantastic staff with exceptional service and proactive attitude. super thanks to Sophie at front desk from the first moment of arriving. she is very patient and answered all questions very well. extend my thanks to Shirley, Operator who was able to address my concern as I had a meeting and running late. Raymond from Concierge very warm and helpful attitude. pls send my regards to him as I was unable to extend my thanks to him as he was off duty already. hooks behind bathroom door wld be appreciated cos no place to hang towels or bathrobe.

Lovely friendly hotel, rooms large and very clean, beds comfortable ,breakfast was excellent so much to choose from . Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Excellent value for money.

Google maps directions from the train station walking. All you need to do is walk out of the station through the shopping mall .if your by holiday inn turn right cross the road and enter the little mall next to the Irish bar .up the escalator and your at the hotel... simple. Less than 10 minutes. Unless you stop to look in the shops .

Breakfast was very good. Wide variety - Nasi Lemak, fried noodles, salads, assorted pastries, breads, fresh waffles/pancakes, live egg and noodle stations. Coffee in different choices, yoghurt, milk, juices, assorted fruits. Happy hours at the executive lounge was enjoyable. Variety of food was decent and tasted good. Assorted beverages like coke, sprite, bottled water and 4 to 5 choices of alcohol. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable. Room is clean and comes with coffee capsules.

We could hear music/sounds from 21st floor.

- Great location just across Komtar/City square - Service is great although the staff seemed a bit blur at times 😂 - Room is very clean. I'm used to using wet tissue to clean hotel tables generally and was very surprised that there was not dust at all. First time ever for me so great job! 😂👍🏻(Totally forgot to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff to show my utmost appreciation... 😔)

- Breakfast food taste can be improved, but there is a large variety of food choices.
