Place is huge but well kept. Great location near the check point. They also had a number to WhatsApp for support. There were also snacks provided complimentary! Full apartment with induction cooker, stove, washing machine and even a bathtub!

The response from the WhatsApp is quite slow if you text them. But they responded immediately to my call when I couldn't understand how to turn on the aircon. Also, the drainage at the shower is slow and floods the whole toilet. Not sure if that's the intended design.

Everything you see on the photos is what came out of our stay. A hidden gem alright, trust. Convenient location, near Double-Tree Hilton, away from the buzz. Place was comfy and plenty of amenities provided - towels, toiletries, snacks, hairdryer. Even had a bathtub, which we didn't really use cos of time and our short stay. But it's pretty alright for the price you pay - perfect if you're the kind to just ton for the night. Place was huge btw and super aesthetically put together. Just that the toilet can be kinda open-concept like, so friends might find it awkward. But for couples, it's fine!

The only issue I have with this place is... THE NOISE. It's hard to get a good night's sleep because of the traffic that zooms by every few minutes. Even at the early morning, we got woken up a few times because of deliveries and cars/motorbikes revving... Consider bringing earplugs, or if in the future, they can soundproof the place, that'd be perfect. Safety can be a bit of a concern but just ensure you lock up well (windows & doors) then there shouldn't be an issue.

Its very near the checkpoint. The place is big and clean. There a induction stove will cookware prepare. There’s light refreshement and snacks prepared. A big tub that is very clean and a big toilet to shower in.

The bathtub and shower area have no curtains. If u r travelling with kids, only the kids can have their time in the bath tub. Or if u r travelling with friends, ur friends will see u in the bathtub. But its perfect for just couple.

The house was spacious. I like the open concept of the bathroom, the bathtub and two separate vanity. Location was strategic, lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Since it was located at the upper floor of a shop, it is a bit noisy at night. there was also no parking provided. Nearest parking was opposite of the house (doubletree hilton parking) and it was veryyy expensive.

The parking quite challenging & a bit noise because nearby the road & construction site.. The staff respond a bit poor & cant help me to find best parking.. also not respond when i need receipt for my booking..

The apartment was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and equipped with everything we needed. Quick to answer when we had a problem getting in (our fault we were trying to get into wrong apartment - check door number)

The road and building site noise continued through the night and was very loud

Location was near enough to City Square area, but far enough to be away from the buzz. Check-in and out was easy (no cards, no mailbox, no keys). Facilities were well maintained and clean. Host also provided a good amount of food, drinks and basic necessities.

It was pretty alright, but there could be some minor improvements that can be done. There could be a photo included in the check-in procedure. The address indicated is 156, but the actual unit is 156A. The windows aren't sound proofed, so you may be affected by the morning buzz as people drive by.

The room looks exclusive and comfortable. Has TV and sitting area. The kitchen and dining room are huge. It has bathtub and washing machine. They provide complimentary food and toiletries. Overall I really satisfied.

Difficult to find parking and no restaurants nearby.

Big and spacious, bathtub great shower and exclusive classy design. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to morning breakfast and convenience mart. Speedy response to rectify aircon issue.

Abit noisy due to location

spacious and clean, looks exactly as advertised in the photos. very convenient, walking distance to customs as well. overall was a very comfortable stay, would definitely return.
