Suitable room for family of 4 and can still have some space to perform prayer. Got water heater and the A/C is working just fine. The location also quite near to JB Sentral (still need to ride Grab but tolerable price). Overall good price and room for budget

I hope they provide some tea or coffee. The location is also quite hidden from the main road.

Hazel the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. No kettle but a water dispenser by the lift on each floor with both cold water and hot to make drinks.

The location. Absolutely no public transport so just taxis if one has no car. There are Indian and Malay restaurants around the corner. The one ‘attraction’ within walking distance is the Glass Temple- only accessible by rip-off entrance fee of $US 10 for foreign tourists.

Spacious room and bathroom for four of us. Comfortable beddings. Will stay there again next time because of the location is close to the place we need to attend.

There was no extractor fan for the bathroom.

After i checked out, all the while i didnt realise that i lost my wallet. Apparently my wallet found in front of hotel and taken by some stranger, luckily the receptionist recognised my IC and she said that its her customers’. And she took alot of effort and when fought to gain tryst from stranger to retrieve my trust. She helped to rescue and keep my wallet safely until my brother collect it from tgem. Very trustworthy receptionist.

i like the toilet, very clean and comfortable. the room also clean and suitable for small family.

air conditional and fan don’t have a remote control. cannot change the temperature. not provide electric jug kettle in the room. they just provide drinking water at corridor, but i not confident to give my baby.

Very clean hotel.all basic amenities in superb condition.water heater work well and very laju.very near to a cashless carpark if u want to leave your car to singapore.will stay here again if i want to go to singapore

The receptionist lady is very helpful and service is very good.

This hotel not receive card payment as the receptionist told me that it already damage and didn't change a new one.

Bed is comfortable.very clean room.good wifi.basic amenities is good.will stay again if wishes to go to singapore .near ciq.5 min away.and very nearvto cashless overnight parking 100 m away from hotel
