The apartment is clean, easy to access, nearby town. Check in and check out super easy. Just follow the instructions given. Host is super responsive, u can ask anything. Host will reply almost immediately. It easy. Pool was big and nice. Have big fridge, so easy if u bring ur own food or buy groceries a bit to cook. Also host provide towel and shower gel. So its a nice stay.

Certain window unable to lock properly so if u have small child, need to carefully check for the window. And if possible, can provide microwave so that easy to heat on the food. Other than that, everything was good.

Sent an old photo which didn’t illustrate the updated situation on the check-in spot. Had to park outside of the guard house and walked in to get the access card and key. There’s no fan in two smaller rooms but all rooms come with aircond. But my daughter can’t sleep in aircond which only worsen her condition. Around 11pm bombarded with clubbing music next door. And the table on the balcony is very dusty. Wooden door isn’t locked and the grilled door can’t be closed tightly, must lock with the key to close the grilled. Not impressed with the so-called sea view which is so far away. Better remove the sea view part

Location definitely! It's also close to my relative's home which was very convenient. Apartment was on level 36, so the view was very nice. Apartment is alao spacious. The security guards were helpful.

Some facilities are not working as it should: - water tap (bidet spray) leaking. - shower head too. Water was spurting all over! - there was only 2 aircon remote controllers but only 1 was working. Owner explained that it was due to previous incidents when devices were missing. - light in one of the bedroom is spoilt. - fan + light in the other room cannot be activated separately. So, its either the aircon or sleep in brightness. - chairs+ table in balcony looked like they will break any time but owner said he already bought new ones to replace. Sad that it wasn't done before we came. We didn't use the cooking and laundry facilities, ao cannot comment on whether they are in working condition.

check in instructions should be complete including code for key box, rather than necessitating contacting the host to get that info. when you are busy travelling you don’t read all the info until you get there, and then you just want to get in, rather than sit at the entrance asking people to use their hotspot to contact the host. also, the washing machine should also be a drier , otherwise useless

Very easy check in very recommend. Check out also very easy. House was clean and complete. Family was very happy.

Some things worn out maybe you can change them like paips and toilet wash are leaking badly.

Strategic place, not on busy road. Cheaper price as we booked during promotions period.

Not suitable for long stay as no entertainment like Netflix provided. Both of the shower heads were broken and bathroom in the master was quite smelly due to leakage.
