Really nice room. Most staff were friendly. There were more than enough amenities in the vicinity. Breakfast was great as well even though it wasn't a large variety, the nasi lemak is amazing. There was a microwave in the room! The rotary TV wall is very useful. Despite the setbacks, I'd still choose this hotel again :)

Housekeeping cleared away untouched food that I left in the room even when there was a clear indication of what i wanted to throw and what I wanted to keep. Alkaline water dispenser could barely dispense any water, it's slower than a pee flow. Sink in the toilet is clogged. There is not a single mirror in the room that is not tinted so wearing makeup is quite difficult. The iron is ancient so it barely heats up.

Recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essentials. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of privacy. The location of the hotel was convenient. Other amenities like Wi-Fi and room service worked as expected. Overall, I found the hotel, good value for the price and would consider staying again in the future.

The front desk staffs were polite and helpful. Room is big and clean. Though came and 1 room wasn't ready, they politely inform and offered to send the room key to us when it's ready. The toilet bidet wasn't working, told front desk and got it fixed immediately. Thank you to the staffs for that day!

The manager wasn't polite & unapproachable. Called front desk due to missing room key after room cleaning, front desk offered to send up the key but didn't send up. Went to front desk next morning and manager said there is no such thing?!

The room was okay but the room we stayed was facing roof top no views. Berakfast and location was okay to me.

The beds should be king size in the room that we stayed.

Was served by counter staff Anisha who gave us a free upgrade to a twin suite as I requested for a higher floor. Breakfast on first day (30 March) was not very satisfactory but breakfast on Hari Raya was good. There is a cafe downstairs which has quite good food and coffee as well. Rooms are comfortable and clean but still hear the cars zooming past loudly at night. Overall, will come back again 👍

Room 1201 & 1203 (Family Suites) cleanliness quite pleasant and huge combine rooms.

Family Suites Room 1201 & 1203 RM1,000/night stay. Unlike other hotels family suites which they provides us with at least welcome fruits basket, mineral water etc. TROVE JB-No towels provided upon check in at 3pm. There's a Nespresso coffee machine but without any coffee capsule. Warm empty mini fridge. Insufficient Nescafe and sugar sachet (only 2 sachets each), but no creamer and tea. Both rooms with a huge water dispenser but only have hot and room temperature water (No Cold). Hope the Hotel management look into this matters. Room service menu not appetizing at all (Should be more verities choices).

Checking in and checking out processes was a breeze. The interconnecting room at level 22 has an ironing board and iron ready while the other room has a hair dryer on top of the ironing board and iron amenity. A plus for a family with hijabi women We love the pool and had a splashing good time. The breakfast had an awesome bread pudding and the food spread was good. Location by grab to Mid Valley was easy and getting a grab car was efficient. A walk to KSL Mall and Menara Pelangi is a short distance away around 10mins. It is also near Banafee Village.

We wish there were additional beds on standby for a family of 4 in the family deluxe room during a fully booked season. The blinds in the toilet are due for a change. We believe a frosted glass will suffice to replace the blinds instead.

Room was spacious, there is water dispenser in the room so it saved the trouble of boiling water. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room phone doesn't work, housekeeping was not prompt, toilet was not very clean and quite small. Location wise it's okay, have to grab everywhere.

It was a great experience with one of the most comfortable rooms. I have not heard about the Trove brand before, so I was quite blown away with the facilities. The water cooler especially was super helpful. A constant water supply is important since we don't have water filters in most hotel toilets. The shower was amazing and the beds were super comfy. May family and I fully enjoyed our stay especially after such a long drive to and around JB.

Big spacious room.Value for money.

Facilities are abit dated. But its clean overall.
