The location is strategic. Room comfortable and spacious, Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Parking is available right in front of hotel but limited. Multi-level parking is available.

Entrance to the hotel rooms is located outside of the lobby. Felt that the area is a bit rundown. The multi level parking can be a little hassle as the instruction for hotel guest is to park at level 5 and 6, but they closed the walkway leading to the parking after 4pm during the weekend.

The room including the toilet is fairly clean and very spacious. Quite impressive especially when you compare it to the exterior facet. Ample space to do a congregational prayer as a family. Good enough for us, a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 young kids). Basic necessities like a mini fridge, kettle, iron + ironing board is provided. The pillows and toilet are decent.

The indoor carpark looks a little dodgy. We were second guessing to park the car at the area but was told by one of the staff that it is the safest to park in front of the hotel as the shops along the hotel are all 24 hours. However, this is a first come first serve basis. A guard will open the "barrier" if there are lots available. The bedsheet got a slight stain, not sure if it was already changed. But we just dealt with it since it's for a night only.

Room was nicely furnished and looks well maintained. The exterior of the building may make you question your choice but the room will ease you. Basics are all provided for in the room. Room was upgraded without charge. There are 3 marts below for your convenience. Parking is free for guests at L5/6, rooms are at L3 & L4 (3A), front desk at L2. Front desk were helpful and friendly. Additional RM50 cash deposit refundable after checkout.

The ramp of the carpark is a bit tight so be careful when you drive up. It is situated in a mostly Thai influenced area with a club, massage place, eating establishments (almost like Golden Landmark) but it was peaceful and not too loud or seedy at all. So some may not like such areas but others might be fine with it. For halal food, you can walk about 5 minutes to Banafe Village.

Cleanliness of the hotel room and the staff even clean your room for next day. They change the towel and make the bed good. No weird odor except for the lobby but its understandable.

I wish they provide an easier access to your room from parking area. Imagine your room is at floor 3 but you have to park at fifth floor and go down using the lift. The implication is the parking driveway is a bit challenging and small. Therefore, It is nicer if I can park on the ground or the floor I am assign to.

1. Staffs They were helpful, super kind and able to communicate professionally with us. Their body language were very welcoming to the guest. Can definitely tell that they hold their mission and vision of the hotel seriously. Staffs are able to build rapport with the guest effectively. Seems like they are all well trained. 2. Rooms Rooms were at tip top! It was peaceful and no interruptions arise at night. Rooms were so clean! Couldn’t find any single left overs. This shows that the housekeepers has tremendously done a good job to keep the rooms as new as possible! :) ALL I CAN SAY THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I STAYED IN JB BY FAR! GOOD JOB FIVES HOTEL DNP! 👍

It is huge and very nice space for family. Both rooms fairly big, have all the essentials like ironing board, fridge, ect. Very clean and looks brand new. Location is near eateries (banafe) and large hall space for children to play around.

Our room is at the corner and near to the club, it was weekend hence noisy and we can hear music even at 3am. The tv unable to change channels. Need to be very skillful to manoeuvre the carpark especially if you are driving big cars.

Been here many times...As per usual all in gd term.. Will come again next trip..

The guest from other room can hear they talking outside. like they dont care others in the room. Pls put a sign board tell them dont talk to loud next time..in 4 Language!!! Thanks

Quite well maintained compared to other hotels in the area. Slightly secluded location also meant less jams around the area.

Minor nitpick, but depending on your preferences, the neighbourhood and businesses around it might not be too suitable/ appropriate. But your mileage may vary.

Room was clean. My family of four had a pleasant stay. The front office staffs was friendly and attentive of our needs. We asked for extra towel and housekeeping delivered it within minutes.

There is no convenient stores nearby. Banafee Village is about 15 mins walk away. No issue coz we called Grabfood and had overall a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel still registered under old hotel name. If this could be updated, the Grab driver would have sent us to the right location as initially we couldn’t get this address on Grab.
