convenient location

one of the rooms is really small. the furnishings of the toilets are not very nice.

Check in process - Booked this apartment in Block B D'Esplanade Residences. Easy checkin, clear instructions. Room - +Clean, comfy (2 queen sized beds). +Loved that every switch was clearly labelled (not enough people do this!) +Good working toilet (anti slip mat provided for bathtub) +Shampoo/soap provided, thick grey towels provided. Mircrowave, electric kettle, stove provided. +Small kitchen cloth provided Small balcony provided. +Blackout curtains next to both beds. +Aircon and fan worked well. +Lots of Place to store luggage, many side tables. +Lots of plugs to charge phone etc. +Effort put in to beautiful even shower area with fake green plants, but better than many other apartments in this bldg that didn't even bother.

-TV don't have any instructions how to work E g. No CNA -not enough plates, no small spoons, no pots or pans

The communication with the apartment admin was easy, always prompt, and accommodating. The collection of the key was clear and easy. The location was convenient to KSL mall. The apartment was clean and big. My family members were happy for the stay. Thank you!

Just for info. We were 7 people and one of the rooms was (like a store room size) with a double decked bed. The room was just enough for the bed and without a door, just a curtain. We were there for just a night, so it was fine. If we were to book for longer stay in future, will get a bigger apartment. One other fact about the residence is that the lifts (though there are 4 lifts) at times they are slow arriving as we were on high floor.

Location was fantastic and the ease of check in and check out with the person in charge. Faruk was very punctual to meet us at the lobby and check out promptly.

The mattress on the lower bunk bed was uncomfortable and thin. The bathtub is nice to have but it was not flushed and sealed to the wall, leading to water coming out from the front from the shower head and sides of the bathtub. Suggestion to put a big floor mat to prevent slipping upon showering/bathing.

> Lift gets very crowded, esp if room is in middle (10-15th floors) > Pillows not really comfy (but OK for price I guess) > bathroom walls not cleaned well (mildew/mold very visible) > no shower curtain so water makes mess on the floor when taking shower, more floor towels needed (might cause accidents- people might slip on very wet floor)

The apartment is tidy and has all the basic essentials. Funny story, I accidentally went to the wrong floor, and there were folks in another unit shouting about having free tea bags and coffee. What a cool extra touch our host should totally offer! The balcony is awesome, and the view is perfect for a chill time.

There's nothing I don't like as I don't really have high expectations from the host. It would be a nice bonus if there's a tissue box along with the free coffee and tea bags. The house only has 3 or 4 rolls of toilet paper in total, which might not be enough for all of us – lots of "poo poo" days for everyone! Haha!

First of all, it is a good location. Secondly, Johor Bahru nightmarket is near accommodation and open every Monday from 5 pm to midnight. Lastly, it is not far away from shopping mall.

Great location, clean and spacious

Bathtub very filmsy. Shower facilities very old, cut my wife face.

The room is simple with all basic amenities provided. Rooms are clean, toilets are clean too with clean towel. View is superb overlooking JB and the night market stretch on Monday night. Air conditioning works great especially after the hot days. Location is superb just beside the KSL City Mall and in front of the Monday night market. Check-in is fuss free too.

Need a little bit getting to know how to turn on the aircon with the switch, the TV has no signal though I didn't really tinker around it because didn't really need to watch TV with all the entertainment outside of the apartment.

Location is very central. Convenient to night market and KSL mall.

1. The lifts take a very long time. 2. The bathrooms - poor drainage at the shower area resulting in small flooding after one person showers.
