It's within a 2 to 3 mins walk to Plaza Pelangi and an Uncle Don's branch. It's about a 10 mins walk to The Toast and also a big Lavender bakery. That's all I need for a short getaway. The old lady in the morning and the old man at night are friendly and helpful. It helps if you speak to them in Chinese.

They have a mixture of toilets with a window and those with an extractor fan. I had one with a window this time, I keep it closed to prevent the mosquito and pigeons from getting in. I prefer the ones with extractor fan.

The staff were really nice, the place is not really close to the public facilities yet it is close to a mall and some good food shops. pretty close to JB central to cross over to Singapore. The room was quite spacious for 2 adult people and it was clean.

I didnt like the stairs it was really hard for me as a pregnant woman, the hotel doesnt have any lift too. also the hotel really next to the main street so it was quite loud.

The location is near to Plaza Pelangi which has a McDonald's and Watsons. A lot of food locations and also a big Lavender Bakery nearby. The rooms and toilets are clean.

Most rooms faces the Tebrau highway, so there will be a lot of traffic noise. Do come prepared with ear plugs, which I had, so it was fine.

Im regular customer of v hotel more than 2 years regularly come n check in to stay , quite n nice place

hope tv function good ... sometimes v need long rest so better tv work proper atleast musik in all language... Thank you ... other than that good tho🔥

It’s much modern, although there’s some leakage at the bathroom..but overall is good, the toothpaste r awesome, not the typical cheap type, the taste was good, I mean not chemical type.n was surprised been provided with kettle n also the small jug.

The staircase, yea, it’s well decorated, but for me, my foot r bigger, one miss stepping will lead me to twisted my ankle as I had this bad experience not once but twice! So, I gonna be so careful while walking up n down the staircase.

Nearby the checkpoint. Nearby city center. Accessible everywhere less than 10 rm for grab. Good food nearby.

Like the staff uncle help solve my problem.. 12pm bath and need blor my hair but room 302 hair dryer is spoil. Borrow lvl 1 room let me make my hair dry before i sleep.

Hair dryer issue. Need settle soon.

The room is spacious. There are a lot of eateries around.

The entrance can be more visible. Especially the sign towards the receptionist.

were near the road. i hear all the vehicles noises and the bathroom is bit small without partitions to the toilet.

The cleanliness quite ok, room comfy. Old aunty at counter is approachable.

Temper of an old uncle at counter sounded impatient and unfriendly.
