The bed has ants and blankets were dirty

The room size was huge and clean, the bathroom shower and bathtub was nice tough. has 2 toilets - 1 separate and the one ensuite was huge. water pressure was strong. bed was comfortable. breakfast place was bright and cosy with wide selection of breakfast and generous. ample basement car park and bright. gym looked clean and well equipped.

the shower water temperature wasn't that hot, but just slightly warm. aircon temp control wasn't working well so i turned it off but still managed to sleep comfortably. bear in mind that they only give an extra towel when requested, the toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) are just bare minimum. the pool isn't the biggest and pool chair are scarce (only 3).

All my family got no complains about their stay in the hotel. We really enjoy our staycation in this hotel. Spacious bed, well maintain aircon, cleaned toilet with toiletries provided. Receptionist frontdesk and restaurant staffs good service nice food, greeted us, make our day with a smile. Overall our stay there is great. Recommended. By the way this not my 1st time in this hotel that is why my return to Grand Paragon Hotel👍👍Keep it up with cleanliness and well maintain hotel rooms.

Only feedback is the kettle and mirror abit dusty. We have to clean the kettle first before using.

The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room and the most important thing is the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast spread was great to cater to many cultures which was actually delicious and sufficient for the family members. We love the restaurant environment which was large to fit all the guests without having to wait at all. Will come back for my next trip to JB :)

The flexible hose in the toilet should be checked before the next users come in. It was leaking and the floor was a little bit slippery which can cause hazard like a fall. I made a written report hoping that the technical issue can be solved immediately. Other than that the bathroom was absolutely well kept.

As usual, the stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The location was good as our schedule for the week was around johor bahru area and was good that the hotel has shopping malls within minutes drive.

The last stay i experience an issue with the door. I was able to tap the card, but cant seem to open the door. And i called the service desk from another room. And they mention to get someone to assist. I waited for 10 mins and no one came up. I than went down to get front desk to ask for assistance and they mention that they will get someone up to help. I waited upstairs for another 15-20mins, and no one came. than me and my wife went down to get the front desk to have someone come up asap, as we are heading out soon. And finally after10 more mins, someone came to the door to assist. And the guy forced the door open apparently. though the 30-40 mins wait was not long, but the corridor i was waiting in was stuffy. Thus gave a bad experience.

The family suite is HUGE!! It's like a 2 bedroom apartment! It has 3 toilets and 2 bathtubs! The location is perfect too! Local hawker is right behind it, the whole hotel is self-sufficient! There's a convenience store right below that opens till midnight for snacks and drinks, there's massage, Hair salon & nail parlour at level 11. Basically, u can do everything there as a one stop solution! The price of the room is very affordable too!

The only thing was that the hotel is a little bit old, certain things looks rundown but all is still in working condition!

This is our second time in this hotel. As per earlier review, the bed and pillow are super super comfortable. And, also they have a smoking room so that my husband didn't have to keep going outdoor downstairs to take some puffs. Location is good. Walking distance about 7 mins to KSL mall; about RM9 to Mid Valley, and same fare from/to City Square via Grab car.

Breakfast was so-so. If I do come again, I'll skip the breakfast and have the famous wanton noodle 5 mins down the road. The room that was given to us has a weird main door facing... didn't like that.

Grand paragon has always been our first choice if we were to stay over in JB. It is a fully equipped hotel but the price per night is lesser than the hotels around the area. There will never be issue with parking, as they have carpark till Basement 3.

The pricing of the hotel seems to increase gradually. recently the average price for the rooms we booked is around $80 SGD. previously we were still able to book the rooms at around $70 SGD. But i gets inflation is real.

The location was good, between Plaza Pelangi and KSL mall, with several food places around. Breakfast was reasonable for this price range and staff were quite prompt in processing check in and out during non-peak hours. The room had a bidet in the toilet, iron board, boiler, iron, one USB socket (a little loose but works), safe, water bottles, bar fridge and nice table for working, and also a single lounge chair, which is pretty good!

The room looked a little tired but nothing major to complain about. Windows were dirty so the view of the surroundings was somewhat marred by it. Bidet holder was loosen from the wall Wardrobe door cannot be closed completely to turn off the contact light of the wardrobe. Lighting was a little dark at night, good to have cove lighting in the square ceiling above.

The location is a 10-minute walk to KSL City Mall. The Night Market opens Monday night, and we happened to join the crowd. We enjoyed the stay which was pleasant and the room is quiet at night. We will be coming again when next trip

The toilet flushing needs to be careful, as we got choked one day and there was a water overflow. Luckily, the technician managed to clear it on time.
