Clean and comfortable. Comes with basic amenities and had free parking. Very near ksl so there's alot of eateries nearby. Thank you to the staff who checked us in after official hours :D Perfect for a budget one night stay.

i stay in one of their small room queen size bed, i mostly solo travel for business, is very suitable for me to stay here. Simple stay for 1-2 night is good.

although they don't have any facilities like other hotel since is a guest house, it is still good. the caretaker might not always at the small reception front desk. so you are either knock the glass door or you could try call the number where he put on the glass. you can try press the door bell, im not quite sure is broken or he turn off purposely for not disturb the guests. Still he is a friendly caretaker elder.

Decent stay for low budget travellers. Owner was kind enough to allow me to change my travel dates, due to car breaking down on my way to JB.

Down side would be limited parking space available, first come first serve. Might have to risk parking on road side during peak season or waking up in the morning to shift your car for others to exit.

Very disappointing for they didn't provide a hairdryer... I go back at 11pm. I want to bath before i sleep then only realize that no hairdryer. And i looking for the PIC, he told me no hairdryer there because the hairdryer always be stole before that. For my suggestion, if really not provided, at lease can let us borrow/ make a deposit or set it at one place for us. There are some cobweb on the room and table//spider come out from floor trap when i am taking a shower.

Small comfortable room with small bathroom if you are looking for a place to sleep only. Fits its purpose for the price. Staff msg me and told me I left my passport there. Belonging feels safe.

Can hear traffic coming from the road and also sound of other people opening and closing forts.

Very clean and comfortable. Basic ammenties but all in good working condition. Super close to ksl mall within walking distance.

The place is nice and close to the border. We were even allowed to leave some of our stuff, while going to Singapore. Thanks for a great stay!
