Abit inconvenient that I have to keep tapping the different doors to gain entrances to the hotel lifts and hotel doors. (Need to tap on 3 doors before I can reach my hotel room) . Only 2 out of 3 lifts are working and waiting time for the lifts are long as lifts are not that big and residents are taking the same lifts. If the balcony can be cleaned before we enter. It’s so dirty that we doesn’t dare to step outside . One of the bedsheet have stain like slipper mark.

Love the modern look and feel. Great for stays you need to come back to hotel and sleep in a comfy bed. Otherwise the lack of facilities leaves you with nothing to do. Location is good and on its own private property (no outside cars/people lingering).

- TV is complicated to use - Really wish they give 2 key cards instead of 1, bit of a hassle if you have different activities/schedules with your partner - Wifi needs improvement - Window rooms only have small window, lack of natural light. Not for people who are cluster phobic - Bathroom has grimy mouldy smell and limescales, but not really an issue if you dont mind it. Otherwise nice bathroom. - Be aware that theres stairs to get to some rooms. Ensure you inform the staff incase you have mobility issues.. - RM200 deposit is shocking

The room is big spaces..the bed the pillow is nice..The Aircon very cool..

Only the toilet smell bad..& there a ants at the pantry.pls do something about the toilet a bit dirty & the sink choke..

i was given a room with a window size less than 1’ wide. bathroom is on elevated floor - not suitable those with knee or back problem as you have to climb up . height is quite challenging to climb.

Room was clean except the balcony. If possible the balcony you clean up and it can be use by visitors. Bed toilets and the surrounding is awesome and clean. if possible toilet u need to install locks. for family room please provide extra cups and pillow as u know family room consist of 4 pax and there is only 2 cups in the room.

The hotel exceed our expectation, especially considering the price. The room is spacious and also clean. The bed is very comfortable. Me and my family have a very good night sleep staying here.

It will be better if the breakfast can be served more earlier as some people might want to stay just for 1 night for transit only

the room was simple and clean, relatively small but cosy and comfortable. love the location, lots of eateries just opposite.

no lift to the floor i was staying; we had to lug our luggages up the stairs. no pedestrian crossing to the eateries opposite, had to jaywalk. can be quite dangerous with kids especially. can be quite noisy with all the clubs around.

Location near to city centre. Simple brekfast provided include in the package. Covered parking area beside the building. Staff are helpful and friendly.

No lift access to level 3. Have to carry own luggage using stair, have to be careful with uneven steps. To improve cleanliness in the toilet - dirty wall. Stuffy smell in the room upon check in. Suggest to ventilate the room daily.

Location!! Convenient for solo travel. Food place is just across the road. Massage Parlour also nearby.

The room given to us was in basement and the exhaust was thrown in to the toilet is so smelly . To evade the smell we have to off the exhaust. The pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast could have more varieties
