Good location and i have been staying many times when in JB Good foods around the area.

There's some hiccup coz key can't open the iron gate and have to wait for more than half an hour from key collection then with help of staff to come to open.

I like the cleanliness and the staff whom assisted me throughout on how to check in the apartment yesterday. This is my first time staying at D'Esplanade Residence.

Romm have mosquito, not enough elevators especially when malfunctioning, need to queue 20mins at lobby which is hot and have mosquitoes...

excellent location with lots of eateries around & within walking distance. apartment size is big enough for 5-6 people.

common lifts can be quite slow & tend to skip floors at times. suggest installing a microwave for takeaways. bathroom water outflow a bit clogged.

The room is cosy, comfortable and most importantly, clean.

The remote control is not working well. Hence, quite hard to use the TV. Anyway, we dont intend to watch TV , so its ok. The apartment lift is terrible. Takes a long time to come down. Noticed from the car park lobby there's another lift inside the stairway. We came down from there but not sure, if we can go up from there .

Fast response from staff when we had issues with initial apartment, they were fast in giving us another same type of room. Staff was also friendly & view from room is 👍

The management team is so responsive, almost 0 time for waiting. Self checkin and self checkout with security system is really fast and smooth. Everything is near with the place. Will stay there in future.

Close proximity to places such as KSL City Mall Very accessible, as there is a direct bus from the checkpoint to KSL City Mall and the place is just next to it Hence, don't need to drive or take a taxi/Grab to the place of accommodation, can just take a bus there

Only the free to air channels can be watched on TV, so basically the TV is just for display only
