I truly loved the room, it was incredibly comfortable with a great view. A special thank you to Mr. Khan from Reception, who went above and beyond to arrange a connecting room for us, which was a huge help as I was traveling with my senior citizen parents. The Valet parking team also deserves praise for their attentive and hassle-free assistance, especially with my mother who uses a wheelchair. Kudos to the entire team! I’ve noticed real improvements since my last visit, and I’m happy to say this stay was even better. Keep up the great work!

Spacious room. Location is good, very near to ksl mall. Lots of places to eat, services to do nearby. Infinity pool was nice. Staff are nice and friendly. The hairdryer in my room suddenly stopped working halfway through my stay, but reception arranged for maintenance to come check, maintenance responded efficiently and replaced it with a new one within 15 minutes.

Suggestions: The breakfast spread offers a variety of local and western options, but the overall quality requires improvement. The hotel should consider prioritizing quality over quantity, as having a wide selection of lower-quality food diminishes the experience. In particular, the taste of the pastry needs improvement. That said, complementary breakfast is still overall appreciated, the croissants were soft, and the sambal chili for the nasi lemak was delicious.

The location was wonderful as it was just a step away from KSL. The facilities were standard of a decent hotel, with a basic gym at the 26th floor that had a great view. The infinity pool was also sufficiently long enough to swim laps in. The suite room was spacious, though it was not a one-bedroom but actually a studio with an ensuite bathroom.

The price was excessive for the value provided by the room. The only real differences between the suite room and the rest of the rooms are (1) additional space, and (2) a bathtub in the ensuite bathroom.

Stayed a few times before, the hotel is great for its location, clean rooms, and reasonable breakfast selections. It's right beside KSL and the prices are reasonable. The cafe at ground floor serves great coffee and there are a lot of food options around the area through out the day that you won't be hungry. Shopping wise, the KSL is out dated so you will have to grab a taxi else where for your shopping needs but it's a great place to be a base. It's popular during the weekends/holidays for Singaporeans that we used it as a gauge to see how crowded JB will be.

Temper your expectations and you'll be fine.

Requested for a quiet room and assigned a corner room which was indeed quiet. Room was quite big and it was clean. Bed was a little soft for my liking but nonetheless very comfortable. Location was great, just a short walk from KSL City Mall and Holiday Plaza, with many eateries situated right in the Hotel building itself. Breakfast selection was good.

TV connection was jumpy (screen tended to flash off and on once in a while), unsure what caused it. Had a small hiccup where the door lock ran out of battery and we could not get in. Called down to reception using lobby phone and bellboy came up to manually open the door within 5 mins. Claimed maintenance team will be up within 10 mins but we ended up waiting 20 mins and having to make another call to the operator for them to turn up after another 10 mins.

The new furnished premier room looks good. The night light master was useful The room furniture was useful The toilet layout was great. Ther are sufficient charging dock

The toilet sink needs a bit more cleaning to remove the mould stains. The toilet had a mini lizard The wardrobe cannot open properly. The soundproof not too good

Location. Stone throw away from KSL and lots of eateries around the area. The breakfast spread was amazing and the lasi lemak was delicious! The bed was comfortable and the hotel provided one hard and soft pillow. The Aircond was good, not too cold or too hot. The water pressure of the shower was excellent with working heater! House keeping was down promptly too! Value for money!

We loved the room. The swimming pool was amazing. Food around the area was super easy access and alot of varities. will deffinietly recommend to more of our friends and family. The place is also close to other malls.

Breakfast could have more variety. The television should cater to more chanels and allow guests to log into their own Netflix account. Room service food is abit expensive. The minimart at the lobby is too expensive. Should have a game room for kids to enjoy.

Great location. Front office manager was very helpful. Accomodated early check in and due to medical emergency had to check out early. Manager was helpful and fcilitated with request. Would defitnely stay there again.

Front office girls seems rather new and inexperience . Always diverted questions for the manager to answer. Room for improvement.

Room is spacious, clean and tidy. Easy to get a grab without the hassle of going through the slow traffic of nearby KSL resort. Plenty of food options nearby. Enjoy the airy, chill-atmosphere of the lounge bar at the top of the building. A nice, quiet massage spa is also located inside the hotel
