The whole unit was really cosy and have family feels. Good stay.

The location was not walking distance or near to JB custom. Must have car. Outside the house always have water pools despite no rain...the main door always have noise that caused by strong winds.

Place is within walking distance to the CIQ and Komptar CC. Condo is new and so is the unit. Excellent facilities like the gym and the huge pool. There is a projector and Netflix in the property.

The condo is next to the mosque and where the speakers are playing the prayers periodically across the day, starting at 5.45am in the morning. It’s quite loud from the unit, and speakers are facing the pool.

5-min walking distance to JB Sentral, good city view, clean, with drinking machine and microwave. Can request for changing towels for long stay.

1 No complete pedestrian walkway to JB Sentral, need to walk at roadside sometimes. 2 Not happy with the check-in process. The host said RM30 per hour will be charged if we check in earlier, however when we reach at 3pm, the cleaning process still hasn't completed, we only managed to check in at 3.30pm. When the host is particular with the early check-in charges but couldnt fulfill on-time check-in, I think it's a bit unfair, because the host didn't refund for delaying the check-in process and early check-out neither. 3 Need to walk through a staircase before reaching the lift from the assigned parking lot. 4 All the beds and mattresses are hard. 5 Toilet drainage needs to be improved, flood quickly when showeing

Everything. Comfy bed n pillow (most important), bathrooms with water heater, facilities like swimming pool (nice one), gym, leisure area and carpark.The unit is so clean, with aircondition unit in bedrooms and living room. Internet with wifi, smart tv perfect pair with sofa. Complete sets of kitchen appliances including microwave, refrigerator , induction cooker, water filter/heater system, cutleries, and dining table with seats. Washing machine as well. Quite decent area of balcony.Basically, the unit has everything that every human needs to live the life. Just dont forget to buy some groceries. Plus plus points, it is near Masjid Bukit Chagar, like 2 mins walking from Pak Guards house and before arriving at Masjid, there are 2 restaurant that selling breakfast and lunch, other than that, the residency also near CIQ/JB sentral about 7 mins walking to be at building. Also got petronas and shell petrol/diesel station nearby. Got 24 hours convenient store down the street, but it is a little bit pricey.

This is the new residency. Expect some noise from renovation works.

Cleaniness! I love how clean it is. Comfortable with extra blankets and pillows provided. There is 2 mini sofa which actually can be open to form a small bed. Location wise is great. About 15 mins walk to City Square mall. There is a small Warong about 10 mins walk. Not sure if its operating at night. The wlds checkpoint is right in front. Can monitor the jam before u proceed home😀 Overall very satisfied with my stay.

The host was uncontactable on my day of arrival. Was quite panic. I called using malaysia number and only then she answered. Its better to give details of check in before hand as some might not have data. At least we have the particular to show to the security guard. Other wise all are great. Host is very pleasent and gave the instruction for check in and check out clearly. I will definetly come again!!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Aircon and water heater all works well.

One of the room, the smallest room, had no aircon, only ceiling fan, which was abit of a bummer. The location of the apartment is in the midst of a very busy road so there were times where we had to wait for more than 20mins for our grab ride to come. One of the security guards was being unreasonable and purposely ignored our grab driver when he wanted to drive in to the lobby to pick us up. Upon confronting him (with a wheelchair in tow), he admitted that grabcars did not need to register but failed to explain why he did not want to open the gantry for our grabcar to come to the lobby. The management need to look into this and not allow this to happen. I had a wheelchair with me with 2 elderly in tow.

The place was super clean. Aircon all working well. Many elevators per lobby so quite convenient. The unit we booked had a prayer mat prepared which was a nice touch. Overall, host and place was excellent and very comfortable for families. Will book again in future.

A minor downside was just an incident involving one of the security guard who made it difficult for our grab ride to enter to pick us up. We had a wheelchair in tow and the security guard was purposely making it difficult for the grab car to go to the drop off point. He was purposely ignoring the grab driver. I had to push the wheelchair all the way to the gantry with my 2 elderly parents in tow. Had to tell him off that i have a wheelchair and 2 elderlies with me. Asked him if Grabcar has to register but he said no but failed to explain why he did not let our grab driver enter.

The apartment was very good. With a good view over the causeway. Facility in the apartment is ok except for the light in the smaller room which is not working and the bidet sprayer in the common toilet which is leaking.

The instruction to reach the apartment is not very clear. Getting the key is easy but no instruction were given to go to which wing, and also turn where when reached the level etc.

Short walk from JB Sentral around 300 metres convenient foodstall 50 meters away. Room was on the 27 floor facing the city- awesome Pool, leisure and fitness room we’re fantastic however there was one steam and sauna were not working- disappointing

There was no staff and the security guards whose job title is security guard have a further role as receptionist. Why are the sauna and steam room in permanent state of maintenance?

I love that the apartment is very clean and feels new. It made my whole family get comfortable quickly. No weird smell, floors were sparkly clean and the aircon was super cold. It was a pleasant stay at the apartment.

There was only one small wardrobe and limited hangers so you can't hang your clothes. Also, service is a tad bit slow. Thankfully I was able to book the apartment last minute (the day before). Check in was supposed to be at 3-3:30PM but agent informed that their staff was still cleaning the apartment at 3:10PM and room details was finally sent at 3:15PM. We loved the apartment but we feel the service could do better. Could ensure cleaning to be done before the allocated check-in time 👍🏻
