Near CIQ, more spacious than average room and great swimming pool view!

Only downside is the lift accessibility. You have to switch lift to go to Guest room level from Level 8. So if you are from Ground level, need to go level 8 (Reception), then switch lift to go to your room. [Eventhough the lift we took have buttons for level 9 onwards but couldnt go (shouldnt have place the button there in first place)]. Similarly to go to JBCC Komtar, from your room need to go level 8, then switch lift or stairs to level 7, then proceed out to Carpark (beside entrance theres small door to Mall Lift). But this is small issue compared to great hotel experience.

First time staying here. Managed to score early check in at about 1pm, maybe because we booked on a Wednesday so not many people. Staff were friendly and courteous and check in was done quickly. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 girls. Tv channels were abit boring but we could screen share so we just watched from our phone. Toilet was big and clean. Basic amenities were provided. Had a good sleep except the second night as there were constructions going on outside the whole day (the new train line to sg). Light sleepers do take note. Better to bring ear plugs as we woke in the middle of the night a few times.

Nothing! Will stay here again.

I managed to book the room with breakfast included. The breakfast was a convenient option for my older folks and the spread is good.

During breakfast, I observed a single diner occupying a table for four persons or two diners on a table for four persons. Perhaps the hotel staff can help to arrange table seating for diners. Finding a table for 3 persons was difficult after 8am as the place was crowded.

Checkin and out was a breeze... Friendly staffs... Good and tasty breakfast buffet... Room service was fantastic...

I hate the pillows.... I think u need to invest on good pillows... There was strange smell on the pillows... Smells like an unwashed pillow case.... It doesn't smell fresh...

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from CIQ. Breakfast spread was good and the room was clean and comfortable, as expected.

I called prior to arrival as there's an additional party in the group, and was charged for a total of 3pax + breakfast on arrival. After checking into our room and when we requested for additional items such as towel/pillows for the third pax, the staff rudely dismissed us, claiming that the room was only booked for 2pax. It was only after we insisted for them to check properly did they managed a soft "sorry" and proceeded to arrange for our request. As a staff in the hospitality industry, it is definitely appaling that you didn't do your due diligence first upon a request but instead insisted that you are right. Definitely something the staff should work on.

- location is very close to train station to Singapore, shopping mall is just downstairs - parking is not a problem - breakfast buffet: plenty of choice, great taste, very nice staff - housekeeping: quick response, excellent service, very clean room - Dove shower gel, shampoo & body lotion - calm ambience - kids stay & eat for free! - our room was at level 31, very nice view of JB

- hotel entrance & route towards parking was a little bit confusing initially, but sorted out by the guide of local security - surrounding construction area with busy traffic, hopefully resolve after completion of MRT project - no kids playroom

I liked the steam spa and the pool. The room was bright and cosy. The staff's attitude was good and service was efficient. Most grateful to the housekeeper. Thank you for the great work in cleaning up the room. Just a little reminder, please vacuum the carpet daily, thank you. I appreciate the Hotel being more alert. Some guests brought Durian into the room and it stung the whole floor. I hope the guest can be more considerate, and do not make work difficult for the hotel staff and guests.

I appreciate the respective department would check the guest room before checking in the guest. The safe was not working, the coffee cups were not clean and the toilet smelled. please check the sewage pipe. I am thankful to the housekeeping, they tried to wash the toilet but, the smells came up from the toilet drainage hole.

Pros: We stayed in a Premier King Room and bought the anniversary package which included a late check out at 3pm. We liked the location cos very accessible from the customs. Also close to shopping. Was clean enough for me during a one-night stay but I saw that the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed because there was hair and some other debris from previous guests. Staff was friendly enough and also replied messages via Booking platform promptly. Check in and out were hassle-free. Cons: bring your own shower gel and shampoo if you don’t enjoy using Dove products (the fragrance is very strong). Even the hand wash is Dove brand. The water pressure on the 20th floor was a bit low for us, but water temperature was hot enough. Aircon not quite cold enough altho manageable.

The location is really great, situated in Komtar JBCC Mall, directly linked to CIQ and City Square Mall. Dedicated lift in Komtar JBCC Level G to access hotel lobby at Level 8. Able to go over to City Square from Komtar JBCC at Level G (cross the road) or link bridge at Level 2. Arrived early at 11am, there was no queue, staff was friendly, registration and payment were processed smoothly, was advised to return at 3pm to collect room key. Concierge was helpful to store my luggage while I head out for the afternoon. For check out at 12pm on Sunday, it was fuss-free. There was a short queue and Concierge staff took the initiative to assist with check out, which took like 3 seconds. Room is spacious and clean. Was so dumb to have missed the air con button and activated the technician. He was very nice and helped to do a check and send the air con filter for a quick clean. Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion were provided, no complaints with that. Breakfast ambience is great. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Good selection of cuisine. 3 coffee machines ensure no long waits in line. Really happy with the egg station order arrangement, i.e., write your preferred eggs and quantity on order slip to pass to chef at egg station. While eggs are being prepared, I helped myself with coffee and other food selection, before heading back to pick up my eggs. It will be even better if the eggs are sent back to our tables. I missed the makeup room service twice even though I see staff with the cleaning trolley when heading out. First was 10am to 12.30pm and 2nd time was 1pm to 4pm. I decided not to head out for the rest of the day and approached the staff at corridor to get a new towel. Later in the evening, I received a notecard with timestamp 4.40pm from staff that 'do not disturb' sign was on and he missed making up my room. I can reach out to front desk if anything is required. It's nice gesture and I appreciate that.

Stuffy lifts, the programming can be better for improved efficiency to reduce the waiting time. There's no way to indicate if the breakfast table is occupied, especially for single traveller; I had to place wet wipes to 'secure' my table. Also noticed another lady that her table of 4 was taken by others when they stepped away to get their food. The bed is not comfortable. As per other reviews that I've seen, the pillows are bad. There's a slight unpleasant smell, not from usage but I guess it comes from the stuffings or material, had to spray fragrance mist but couldn't get rid of it. The worst thing is that there's zero neck support. Really bad for people who are prone to backaches. I woke up from backpain at 6am in the morning. :(

Great location, walking distance from CIQ, and located above Komtar JBCC. There are 24/7 shops around to get food/drinks late at night. The facilities are great, and the room is comfortable and clean. The gym has a partition between the weights area and the studio area which provides privacy for doing stretching exercises. Wifi connectivity was surprisingly good as I was still able to continue with my zoom call while going down the elevator.

Our room faced the JB Corp building and overlooks the carpark so there’s not much view from our side.
