The hotel is located near many eateries and popular shops, which makes it very convenient to grab some food. It's also a 10-15min walk away from City Square.

The room was ok overall, but it could be better cleanliness wise. Other than that, it's a pretty good place to stay at.

I like the workers all was nice and kind and the place is kinda clean i give a rating 6/10 but i dont mind coming back the place again to staycation again and the place is rewlly cosy and chill and good thing the place is near to a food stall that is affordable and nice foods so yeah that is all i have to share.

So far there is nothing that i dislike about the place everything overall it was a good stay not going to lie.

I will always choose CIQ hotel during my stay coz of the surrounding which near to food shopping mall.

This time during my stay with CIQ was really bad n unpleasant.I got which the reception was really bad.the only thing i can watch channel 5 8 and suria.Malaysia channel its keep loading n jammed.i am very dissapointed my stay at this time.

The manager and staff went extra mile to help me to find a room suitable for my family's need. They went all the way to ensure my request is met. The manager personally showed me the premises and the surrounding and how to navigate around.. this is impressive and definitely my first time experiencing such excellent service . I definitely will recommend to my friends with senior or young kids.

Maybe the WiFi need not logged in again when we come bk but it is isn't a big issue

Location is good, a short walk from JB Sentral (though a shortcut at the side of Public Bank) and I arrived in less than 10 mins. Counter staff during check in was courteous and alert even though it was middle of the night. The room is average clean, good for a night's rest. I like the deco of the hotel the best, has a really throw-back vibe.

location is excellent and rooms are very clean. I saw cleaning staff scrubbing the bathroom floors! it is exactly how it looks like in this picture. we extended one more night but had to change to another room. the first room premium king is very good , second room was a smaller superior king. staff is superb and very helpful. I love the basic without any frills . hotel main door are always locked so very safe

the second room door security latch was damaged and toilet ventilation was not working. . bathroom is very clean but no shower screen and curtains . everything will be wet once you shower. but I guess it is because the toilets are small so cannot fit screen or curtains? toiletries are provided but only 2 coat hangers. appreciate if more can be placed in the room.

Near restaurant and JB Sentral (only around 5-10 mins by car). Got free water dispenser. Comfortable bed even though a budget hotel. This is the most comfortable bed & pillows amongst budget hotels i’ve been.

Need to park at different building as street parking is always full. Got 2 parking building nearby. One is quite expensive (next to this hotel), another one is RM5 perday but need to walk a bit. No space to pray on floor.

Really convenient for the immigration checkpoint and bus station, with lots of options for places to eat nearby. Very clean. Hot and cold drinking water available from dispenser, with a caraffe in the room, so no plastic bottle waste.
