Our priority was to find a hotel with a safe place to park our vehicle. When we arrived, there's a staff verifying our stay. Then he guided us to the lift carpark. The carpark is access via card. The hotel was easy to locate. It's near malls, shops, restaurants and pasar malam. The room space is huge and there are ample space to place our luggages, baby cot and praying mat.

When we learnt that the road will be packed in the evening, we decided not to drive. Else we will be stuck in traffic. Glad that we knew about it earlier :)

The room is very spacious. The decoration is amazing. very clean. Smart TV, good internet collection.

Please improve customer service especially staff @ the reception area. The staff during check out is 0% customer service. no smile, no eye contact. Please hire the right staff because the hotel is very nice. it is wasted to have a staff like that.

Rm 1808 was spacious with an excellent view, comfortable bed and quiet aircon. Good location near old town.

Terrible patchy wifi with speed of less than 2Mbs.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am incredibly satisfied and pleased with every aspect of it. Each time I stay, I request the same room, and they always fulfill my request, leaving me satisfied. What impresses me even more is the hotel's parking facility, which has an elevator that takes me directly to my floor. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, ensuring my safe arrival at the parking area. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a picturesque view overlooking Singapore, which is definitely a highlight. Additionally, having an elevator that takes your car directly to the parking area is a convenience that I truly appreciate. It's great to know that this feature adds to your enjoyment of the hotel.

Love the location. Close to everything - CIQ &JB Sentral, JBCC & Komtar, nearby to great makan places. We were not thinking of shopping but my luggage multiplied from 2 to 3 to 4. Being on the top floor we had the view of the Straits of Johor and the surrounding areas and were pleasant enough for us to just sit and watch while sipping coffee. The room is clean and had all the amenities. The bed is so comfortable that we slept like a log. The big fluffy towels and bedroom slippers gave it an extra star. The staff are friendly and professional and always ready to answer any questions.

I just need to highlight my bathroom sink is a bit clogged so it drains slowly. Otherwise everything else is good. And the safe is locked so I couldn't use it.

Everything. The hotel fragrance smelled so good, very welcoming as well as the staffs. Stayed here for only 1 night, but since it’s Raya soon there were loud fireworks nearby at pasar karat that lasted until 3am ish but it was okay still can sleep. Great views at 14th floor. Fridge very cold, and also the aircon gets cold quite fast. There’s also ceiling fan. Bathroom is clean, all the necessities are included. Hairdryer, iron, kettle and 2 water bottle tea coffee and everything. Very satisfied. There’s a private carpark lift, need access card to go up so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle. Would come here again in future!!

The lobby interior, modern furnishings, ceiling fan available in the room. Easy check in and check out, nearby the night market and plenty of eateries nearby. Room was clean and beds are very comfortable.

Reception could improve, be more welcoming towards guests. Parking is limited outside the hotel, parking lifts available for small to medium size cars. Narrow lane going into parking lifts was quite challenging.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Have been one of our options to try in JB but didn't get the chance till recently booked. Will definitely want to come back again whenever there is a chance. The staff are warm, friendly and always putting on a smile for us, from the one who opens up the door for us to the reception staff and the housekeeping team. You guys should be proud of yourselves with the services that you have provided. Keep up the good work!

Location was close to CIQ and City Square - 10 min walk; which is handy during traffic congestion. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Appreciate the amenities like water, shower gel, shampoo, kettle etc.

In JB you must expect smoke smell in rooms even when rooms are non-smoking. This was also the case here. Sound insulation isn’t the best - music from nearby bazaar and racing cars and motorbikes can be heard at 2am Bedlinen did not smell fresh for 1 bed - the blanket sheet smelt oily and unwashed at one part.
