Convenient location. Several supermarkets and convenience stores. Clean apartment. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Linen provided including towels. Electric kettle and microwave provided. Ample storage space and hangers provided. Swimming pool was clean and fun for kids. Overall, feels cozy and homely. Easy to deal with Fuss-free check-in and check-out.

Toilet tiles can be quite slippery. Maybe a rubber mat will make it safer for kids and elderly. Hair shampoo and body shampoo were provided, so perhaps disposable toothbrush and toothpast could have been provided too.

The location is quite convenient since it's quite close to City Square. It's generally easy to locate for Grab drivers so that was good too. The rooms were clean and felt quite cosy.

The R&F Mall that is very nearby is pretty quiet, as most shops weren't open when we visited so we didn't really see the convenience of having the mall nearby. The only good thing was having the supermarket downstairs. The TV in the room gave us some trouble, with the Netflix account but the team tried their best to problem solve (though not really in time for us given our short stay).

Very convenient location. We stayed at A5-2 and A7-1. Love it that a really big supermarket is just downstairs. There’s 24hours 7-eleven and a minimart downstairs too. We arrived late at night and could self-check in. The management reply very swiftly. We had issues with Netflix on the TV; they solved it within minutes. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the bedroom and they immediately swap us to another unit. Their great service made the stay extra comfortable. The house itself has a lot of power points. TV with Netflix is really a bonus. The pool at level 3A seems clean but we didn’t have a chance to experience it.

The unit can be cleaner. It would be great if they can replace worn out floor mats, table cloth, towels and bedsheets. Placing some laundry detergent next to the washing machine will be great too.

There have many food stalls and 24 hours restaurant also just nearby. Grocery in below apartment. Various choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there have been many night markets as well.

I would like to advise as my experience, we reached there earlier a bit there and contacted to the person requested about early access but we did not get the chance. If the room is available, better give the chance with paid or without. Anyway we stay a week there and very enjoyable moments. Fully recommend and will come back again.thanks

The apartments are in different blocks but the location is convenient and there are so many amenities and facilities that have been well-maintained. The apartments are furnished generously and thoughtfully. What pleases me is the fact that the apartments are family-friendly and children-friendly too! And there are more than enough storage spaces throughout the apartment! The kitchen sink tap is connected to a small water filtration, but its good enough. We didnt any cooking. The fridge and microwave are in good working condition too. The beds are very comfortable and the team of staff are approachable whenever I may have any issues. This is definitely worthy of a second and third stay and more. Highly recommended!

The tap at the sink is such that the faucet is near the edge. It will be better for the faucet to be able to reach the center of the basin. The remote control for the android tv box is a bit faulty. When the "Up" button is pressed, sometimes it shuts down instead. My solution was to just avoid pressing the "Up" button. The 3-seater sofa in the living room of A3-31-05 seems to have seen better days. It feels worn out and very 'seasoned' especially in the center part of the sofa. The wall clock wasnt working, probably can be easily solved by changing the battery. This was a minor issue since we wear wrist watches and can check the time using our mobile phones.

Love the clean and cosy vibes of the spacious apartment. Pretty little touches gave the place a feel of home away from home. We particularly like having a water filter and the efficient air conditioners. Having a beautiful sunrise view and seaview were a bonus!

There was a little hiccup when we collected the keys and tried to access the carpark. Thankfully the staff were able to sort it all out, and we could checkin to the apartment within 15 minutes. Location of the apartment was great, beautiful seaview from the balcony. Just that during weekends, there are traffic jams leading from city centre to the residence, as the roads to Causeway overlap. So be prepared to be patient with traffic,be it on Grab or in your own transport.

The decor of the room was fantastic. modern and all white. the location near to everything. got aircond in every room. got towels and shampoo provided. the kitchen is really nice but can provide coffee or tea maybe.

the water pressure is not good for shower. the collection of keys can be made faster and easier. Need to collect from the maintenance guy and need to wait for some time for him to get down. The floor is a bit dusty.

You will love the unit once you put your foot into the unit - the design and layout looks elegance, and its super comfortable and cooling once you stepped inside (maybe its rainy season + high floor unit with sea view) without the need to switch on the aircond and fan! The view is breathtaking - day and night!

- location of the development is near to jb sentral, except that we were staying at block A5-2 so its the furthest block away from the link bridge towards jb sentral. But this doesnt really matter, its just take about 5-10 mins walking distance.

Looks new and well clean

A bit inaccessible. The bed is too hard and uncomfortable. No bottled water provided. No toothbrush toothpaste and floor slippers provided. A bit troublesome to collect keys and return keys to different mailboxes. Bec when we missed the stopover at the assigned mailbox lobby, we have to make one big turn to return back to the mailbox lobby. Due to traffic with cars queuing up to pickup drop off, it can take up time before we can turn a big round to return back to mailbox lobby.

Location is convenient. It is easy to walk from CIQ. There are some eateries and a minimart in the mall. Condition of apartment is quite well maintained and looks like the photos posted. It is a homestay, so we need to cleanup the kitchen and throw the rubbish for checkout. Host is responsive when I feedback on the issues I was facing.

Had problem connecting to wifi and instructions to connect and operate the smart TV for netflix and other apps is not clear. Host tried to resolve the issue through Whatsapp but unable to and eventually had to come to the unit. The floor is a little sticky. There were fruit flies around the coffee table and hair and stains on the bed.
