- Clean room, with water purifier installed for drinking water & kettle, fridge, microwave oven, towels etc. - Nice surprise of snacks & drink packets - Good wifi, TV with setup box access to many channels

- Do NOT USE LG Washing machine (wash & dry) which shrinks my clothes from cotton polo tee to even jeans! - Toilet paper was very thin & tear easily, only 2 rolls provided for 2 nights stay - 1 swimming pool was closed for maintenance - RNF mall mostly unoccupied at level 2 & 3

The apartment was relatively clean and properly upkeep by host. It is also spacious and well furbished. It was good that the host provided a standing fan which we used to air dry our clothings during our 3d2n stay. There was also ample hangers to hang clothes too. Host was also responsive and polite in their conduct. Unlike other hosts, you are required to collect the card keys from their staff instead of collecting from the mail box. Process was easy and fuss free but do ensure you have autoroam so you can contact them upon arrival.

Could a memo on how to use the TV as toggling between YouTube and Netflix requires two different remote controls.

This is not the first time we are staying in R&F. This is the 4th time. Previous 3 were different owners. Within the 4, I will definitely go back to SaffronCasa. Under SaffronCasa the apartment was clean and neat. Staff were approachable. Overall was great staying in SaffronCasa. Good job and keep it up.👍

Out of the 3 rooms, Aircon in master bedroom was noisy and the other bedroom Aircon was not working. Only 1 stand fan was provided. We used that instead. Informed the staff about the fault but they couldn't do anything as it was PH period. Advice staff to purchase more fans as some prefers fan rather then Aircon.

The facilities( got jogging tracks,swimming pool,billiard,library,table tennis n alot more),the comfortness of the bed,the staff, especially Atirah & Dibah,friendly,customer service oriented. Feels so welcomed. Best part it's so clean! The security guards smile,friendly and alert too. Surrounding of R&F Princess Cove ,got Durian Shop,got malls with so many eateries,supermarket, barber shops and laundry shop too.

Extra cost for arriving after 6pm

Was surprised by the massage chair made available in the room. Definitely helps to relax and loosen after a long day of shopping.

The bedding could be improved with better and more pillows and thicker comforter.

Location was the best as it was near CIQ and easy accessible by public transport. Check-in/check-out time is flexible and easy. Communication with staff before arrival and during stay was excellent. Apartment unit was overall clean and electrical appliances was in tip-top condition. Did not use the facilities as we had an itin​er​ary and was out most of the time. Only master bedroom had bathroom in it. The other room had to use common toilet. Wifi network was good. Sony 43" TV had Netflix and Youtube installed. Few local tv channels available. Will return here in the next travel plans. 👍👍👍

Foam pillows set was too hard. There was no roaming network at the lobby (A6-1) and had to walk to the pavement to get network connection. We had to book a ride when in the unit where there was Wifi connection. Electronic unit door suddenly opened when we were watching tv on the last night. There was no one outside when it opened. 😱 Too few tv channels available. On the last night, tv apps Netflix and Youtube suddenly went missing. Despite these technical issues, staff was responsive even though could not explain or rectify these issues. 👌

Very well maintained, good environment and no difficulties. Most importantly it's very safe.

1) Very disappointed because the linkway to CIQ no longer have. I have to go down stairs and upstairs to connect to R&F. 2) It will be much better if you can provide mirror at least 1 more in the apartment. Thank you

Good Location with restaurants & convenient shops around. Apartment facilities were in good condition. It is spacious for 6 of us staying together. Wifi and TV working well. We didn’t use the gym or pool as it was just a day stay.

Clean and good location.

Internet throttle a lot. Signal not stable even though the router is at the living room. Suggest to restart / power off and on router regularly (eg once every 2 months) to refresh status of router.
