I like the facilities! Clean and spacious, perfect size for a group of 6. The beds were comfortable and there was even a kitchen that was stocked (with equipment and utensils, not food or ingredients) to cook meals in. It was also really close to the checkpoint.

There wasn't much check-instructions so we were a bit confused during the check-in process. The check-in counter is also hidden in one of the stores in the mall and we were not aware of this before we came. Thankfully, the whatsapp number we contacted replied quickly and they were able to guide us to the check in counter.

The unit smells okay - no smell of human sweat on the sofa or pillows. The bed is comfortable. We had a good rest and felt very fresh the next day. Bathroom - shower cubicle and toilet bowl is clean. Thank you for providing the toothbrush and toothpaste. The living room is okay as well. Had breakfast at the indian restaurant located at the lobby. Food is superb. Wouldn't go hungry as the restaurant is open 24 hours. It is worth staying here as there are supermarket, laundrette, restaurants, cafes, 7-11..... All in the same building so you have no worries about food, clothing, accessories or necessities. Had a wonderful stay here. Will come back again

There's not much to see bcos the view facing the neighbours wall or window. Since we are super tired we are not bothered to look out of the window or lazing at the balcony.

The stay at Cissy Homestay was overall very pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The environment was cozy, and it was clear that the property is looked after with care. Great value for the price!

The only downside was that one of the toilets didn’t have a hand bidet, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!

There is a link bridge to direct CIQ which was less than 10 mins walk. There is not much food options as everything is relatively new here and there is a grocery store. The rooms are almost like condo studio and check in guides are accurate. Do bring ur own toothbrush, soap etc for more comfort. The stay is relative good as there is security guards. Will come back to book again.

No shops around are open about 5% is open??

The place is near CIQ. The mall has a Jaya Grocer, convenience stores, pharmacists, etc. There are many more stores that have yet to be opened.

Prefer if one of the bedrooms has a mirror for ladies to make up and a wall clock. Suggest the iron board to be fixed as the board is faulty.

Would prefer the keys collection to be on the ground floor instead at 2nd floor. Although this new procedure of key collection on 2nd floor is way better then the previous self collection / check out method at the mailbox. We couldn't lock the door when we went out. Something about the key card mechanism is not working properly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed are so comfortable. I like how soft and big their couch are. I really recommend to give this place a try. Can see myself booking this place again in the future. Worth every penny. Thank you again!

I was expecting a washing machine but there's no washing machine in the unit. Thankfully, there's a laundry in the area.

The room is spacious and clean. Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot.

This is mine 2nd time holiday at R&F PRINCESS COVE ... Really worth the money .... Easy check in & very understanding if we wanna extend time for check out ... Really high recommended .... Cleaners & guards are really friendly.... Room easy to access ... My kids really enjoy the swimming pool .... Hope next stay will get a unit can see the crossing border & the sea view.... 👍❤️

The facilities were clean and comfortable. All utilities are provided and very convenient for travellers who are staying here.

We could not find the tool to lower the drying clothing rack but the rest are okay.
