The room was really clean. Like a hotel standard and i liked that we did not have to log in to the Netflix as it’s already logged in for our entertainment. There’s a few minimarts nearby and also a durian stall that opens everyday just walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is also complete with very big swimming pool, gaming room and a sauna. I really enjoyed the stay

The internet connection is very poor. The wifi in the room is really bad and if you try to book grab at the lobby, high chance you will lose connection. Several people said the same thing also. There was also an incident where our room door was opened by someone else. I spoke to the host about this but they did not respond. Luckily it was a one time thing and we were in the room at that time, but it was scary when it happened.

The location was easy to get to by grab and there are minimarts and a few bistros near the lobby area. it is about 5min from customs and there was no jam on a weekday. check in was a breeze and it is easy to grab food here. The apartment itself was clean, nicely decorated, cutleries were provided, there was a water filter, dish soap and towels provided. I like that there was a king bed in both rooms and 2 bathrooms so it was quite comfortable. and checkout was at 12 noon.

Mattress was really hard and the sheets didn't smell clean. I do wonder if it was changed cos the pillow cases also don't smell fresh. Carpets look a bit dirty and probably needs steam cleaning. There was a Netflix account provided but there was an issue and in the end, the host never got back to me or verified the account so that we could use it. The fan switch didn't work so there was no light in one of the rooms. Lucky there was a lamp in the living room so we used that as the room light. Not the host's fault but water pressure in the toilets were so low and even the flushing system was a bit weak, not sure why.

Location is good, close to the center and the apartment has very good conditions and features.

The kitchen is not well equipped, not enough utensils and there were not enough pots. It was not possible to cook or prepare simple meals like spaghetti. In general the area where the residence is, is too much guarded by security guards and having received only one card for 4 people it was very tough to get out, use the lift or even come back to the room because you need the card for all kinds of movements, so that your constrained in your freedom.

Really great comfort for a great price! It looks like the area is being built up now, so the conditions might change in a few years, but for now it is a great deal. For now, lived the view, clean location, friendly staff and a full array of restaurants and stores fill the apartment complex.

There are a lot of apartments in the complex, and we’re afraid that if they are more filled it could make the facilities (open green, gym, swimming pool, etc.) overcrowded and uncomfortably busy, but for now it is not a problem - just a caution about the future. Also, it is nearly impossible to walk anywhere outside of the complex - highways are everywhere and skywalk paths are under construction, so for now prepare to call a taxi. Though taxis are not overly expensive, so you can still get around.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described, clean, spacious and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and cozy. The living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We especially appreciated the fully functional kitchen and the added bonus of having a TV with Netflix and other thoughtful amenities. The pool was great and made our stay feel even more like a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was the balcony. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy and everything went seamlessly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely book again.

Honestly, nothing at all. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Perfect.

I would Definitely Give 10/10 if 1)ALL Towels didn't have a Musty Smells ... The Towels r New & Clean, Need to Wsh with More Nicer Scent Detergents. 2) TV also limited Channels & NON Frm M'sia. If U Stay less thn 3 Days & Most of The Time Going Out Shouldn't Have Any Issues to Book This Aprtmnt cos it Only Have 1 Bthrm. I OvrLook Tht Prt Whn Booking so Its Quite Troublesome for 4 Of Us to Take Turns Using the Bthrm. Other thn tht I m Really Happy With My Stay & Would Definitely Come Bck Again

The check-in and key collection process was straightforward and smooth. The room was spotless and exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The facilities provided matched exactly what I had anticipated — modern, well-maintained, and user-friendly. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable throughout the stay, and I was relieved to find that mobile signal was available in the room itself. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

The key was easy to get, but there were no instructions on how to find the parking lot or get to the building from the basement. Future guests could benefit from knowing the specific pillar number that marks the parking lot's location. Additionally, it wasn’t clear that guests need to tap the access card on the communication panel located to the right of the door in the lift lobby from the parking lot. Another inconvenience was the lack of mobile network coverage at the key collection point and in the basement parking, which made communication difficult during check-in. Lastly, the power socket at the kitchen area wasn’t functioning, so I had to plug the kettle near the bedside instead.

The unit was very clean and cozy. It felt like home. It was almost perfect! Kitchen had induction stove, with utensils and cookery all ready (including cutting board, knife, scissors, etc. Extra rubbish bags were provided. 👍🏻 We stayed in R&F for many times but this was one of the best. This company has their team ready to respond to queries fast and they will meet you during the check-in day. They rectify issues immediately and the check-in and check-out procedure was easy and smooth!

Maybe can have tissue boxes placed in the living room and rooms.

It's very clean and modern. Good security. High floor high ceiling and modern fan means good and cool ventilation. Nice responsive staff who answer all questions promptly and met promptly for key. Easy to check-in and out. Nice facilities - big poola and gym. Easy accessibility to R&F mall via link bridge.

Lots of honking by buses / trucks on some morning. A couple of small insects found on bed. Washing machine got no water outlet so water is just everywhere on the floor outside. But all these are very trivial.

The house was very beautiful and modern in design..the view was spectacular and I am really impressed with the facilities here of r&f seine, the swimming pool was huge ,the outdoor playground.

Please ensure the cleanliness of all rubbish since I'm a bit disappointed when we have found a cxndxm on the floor (so disgusting) at the balcony and also a few rubbish which is not belonging to us. Please ensure all towels are clean since there are blood stains at the towel
