Location right beside city square is great. Secure parking is a big plus. The apartment is fully furnished, with washing machine, fridge, drinking water filter, detergent, shower body wash, towels, etc. You name it, it's probably there. It's very comfortable and clean. Key pickup is easy, checkout is a breeze. Only have to note the door combination changes after 12noon on checkout day. So don't get accidentally locked out if you're late checking out.

Minor things, like weak and slow wifi, which can't really reach the bedrooms, one bedrooms ceiling lights not working, showers which can wet the entire bathroom when used (no curtain or door), and a a/c compressor that drips into balcony. These things seem typically Malaysian, so they are more idiosyncratic rather than problems. Anyway, if the WiFi can be improved, that will help a great deal

We are a party of 4 and it was a night’s stay for us. We like its location. Nice fragrance in the living room. Filtered water. Firm bed and pillow. Strong water shower. Free parking. Prompt response. 12pm Check out.

This is to be verified since we only utilized 1 bedroom for our 1 night stay but it seems that the Aircon in the bedroom can’t go below 24 degrees lower but fans were provided so it was not a big issue. Overall, we had no issues.

The location and the cleanliness of the room.

There are total of 4 service lift but only 1 is serviceable and the other 3 were put down due to some technical problems.it took a long time for the lift technician to rectify the problem and put them back to service.so everybody needs to wait a long time for the 1 lift.

Easy to check in and check out. Was given 2 key card. All aircon is cold, water heater working,host also provide standing fan. Come with fridge, washing machine, filtered water, fully equipped kitchen. Most importantly, tv have channel and wifi provided. Will definitely book this unit again. Hassle free, sparkling clean.

The location of this accommodation is very near to city square. It’s comfy and cozy for a group of friends and family.

The common toilet has a strong drain smell coming from the drain. It’s especially strong after each shower. But other than that, it was a pleasant stay. We didn’t had any problem with the master bedroom toilet.

Well located, key pickup was straightforward, master bedroom can comfortably sleep 4 pax which means our group of 4 could huddle and have a great chat into the night.

The place is a little worn and the pillow is a little hard.

Spacious rooms, air conditioning is working well. Collection of key card is easily understood.

The toilets drainage have a bad smell. However, the living room has spray scent so is okay. Bring own toilet fragrance spray if possible and everything is okay.

Location : superb location with alot of attractions and amenities. Swimming pool : must check out at night time superb view! Dining : having romantic dinner with you love one at Sky bar @ 33A with superb view of johor Bahru! But not for me, I not a romantic guy 😂.

We stayed over last weekend. Ms Abbie, the host was kind enough to let us check in earlier. She guided us the process to check in to the suite. You must park your vehicle only on certain floors to have direct access to your suite via the provided lifts. Everything was in order until we reached our room. It was so spacious. We were amazed. It has a balcony and the view from the unit was beautiful. Towels were provided. Unit was so clean and the utilities such as fridge, plates and spoons were readily available. The unit comes with WiFi so don’t worry using up your data. At night, as per her recommendation, we went up to the 33rd floor and the view was breathtaking. When it was time to check out, she sent a reminder on what we should do. We did as per her instruction and we left Suasana with great memories. We will definitely come back to this place again.
