Clean and cosy hotel. Nice complimentary snack section for guests. Hotel smelled nice as well, no musty caroet smells. Will come back.

Front desk staff, young malay girl wasn't polite and didnt let me finish my sentence. Heard me wrongly and went to take 2 sets of cutleries though i was just asking for 2 stirrers. When trying to correct her after she passed me one set of cutleries, she just raised her voice and said "you wait". So she went off and took another set of cutleries which was unnecessary, if she allowed me to talk and would have realised that she was wrong.

I think the overall design of the building is quite nice and comfortable, with exceptional that the ground floor lift button is damaged but still working

Some of the rooms are of very close proximity, with just two doors separating the rooms. Despite it only able to open from one side, it still feels slightly insecure when staying alone.

The hotel set up was good. The room is very comfortable. Water pressure was good in the shower. WiFi was good. The hotel provide basic toiletries. At the lobby they provide free flow of coffee & tea and snacks. I love the bed. Pillow is very comfortable.

There are only Chinese & Indian restaurants below the hotel. So, for Muslim guest, for halal food you will need to drive out for your dinner at night.

The beds and pillows was really comfortable, comparable to five star hotels.

No windows in the room, no natural lighting. felt stuffy. Location is very near CIQ, if you follow GPS when exiting, it will ask you to turn right, which will lead you back into CIQ exiting lanes and you can't escape. Take note to turn LEFT no matter what then let the GPS renavigate you.

Affordable. Clean. Comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The shower water pressure is quite good. Good location.

The carpet and furniture is quite old. Parking also quite limited. The bidet is in the toilet bow. Sometimes can be noisey from the main road.

Parking convenient, simlle breakdasr and snack corner. Lift with security

Connecting room. Heard people talking and others. Front door also got gap on bottom of door, thus can hear people movement, talking

I actually like the convenient parking and distance to city.

Though the room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, it was clean and the bed was great.

Quiet and good location if you want to drive into SG

Prefer hand bidet for toilet. The current toilet bowl washer/bidet had very slow presure and almost non-functional.

Simple room, clean and neat. Security is also reason well. Price is ok

Not so straight forward to travel there, drive need to take a long route to reach. Traffic can be heavy at certain hours. Breakfast is too simple, should have more variety of jam, bread, milk for coffee.

It’s my 2nd time staying at this hotel . Everything was nice . Complimentary breakfast included as well .

The toilet near the reception was not really properly clean as it smells like urine . That’s the only minus point .
