Room and bathroom slightly small but everything else was perfect.

We stayed here with our family. It's more than expected. Rooms are clean and windows are closed. Air conditioner was good. Bath are little different than other parts of world. Bathroom floor is wood which is different from other country. Wifi is good and you can do 'work from home' option. The neighhood is good and lots of resturants nearby. There is bus stop near to it. Bus number are 33 and 16, you can use these buses to travel with other buses and metro. There is no metro station near to it. But the nearest metro station is Dakota (East Line) and 16 or 33 buses will take you near to the hotel. Hotel staffs are very welcoming and helful. They allowed us early check-in without any extra fees. We checked in at aroung 11am. There are kennels near to the hotel. Bath has toothpaste, tooth brush as well as shamppo, bosdy wash, etc. Singapore has very limited cheapest hotel options compare to other countries because of it size. I was very doubtful when I booked the hotel as the rating and views are mixed. After i stayed there, then sure to say it's a good hotel to stay if you are not looking for luxury stay. Water bottles are complementary there and you can ask more if you need and free too which is very good. Tips: 1. Keep some cash in hand for convience as some resturants do not accept card and some accept card payment, but don't support visa/Master card payment. 2. Buy your Sinagpore Tourist Card at the metro station in the Changi Airport Terminal 2. They accept cash only. 3. Best Tips: Take EastWest metro line from Terminal 2 and get down at Bedok metro station, then take bus 33 to reach the hotel. Bus stop near to the hotel is Bef Koon Seng Rd (This route is not displayed in the Google map).

The location was perfect, it was right next to the Katong neighborhood as well as the Vietnamese and Malay neighborhood, there were a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming! Easy to access, multiple bus stops nearby.

If you’re claustrophobic make sure that you have a room with a window. The room needed some renovations.

There is a bus stop opposite the hotel where you can take the quick 33 bus (7 minutes) to the Dakota metro station where you can quickly use the metro to visit most areas of interest. Plus we found that there were a good amount of gyms and restaurants nearby. The staff are super helpful. Air-conditioning was fantastic! We went back there again on the way home as we really enjoyed the experience.

Not a massive issue but if some of the rooms are bigger than others, so if you are lucky, you get one that is bigger than the normal size in Singapore. For us, we didn't mind hat it was a bit further out from the main central parts of Singapore. There is a metro station that you can walk to (Paya Lebar) which takes 20 minutes so we preferred using the bus to get to Dakota. But other than that, nothing to dislike!

The place is very clean and cozy, the personal really nice, but i suggest to book a room with a window. The location - is close to a 7/11, a market, some restaurants, the bus station, its not in the center, but we didn’t have any problem walking a little bit, the street is beautiful .

we had a small room without a window and it was hard to breath at some point during the night, we couldn’t stay all the time with the AC on. Also, we had issues with cigarette smell that came from the bathroom.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating hotel staff. Always with a smile. The room was sufficient - stayed in a room with a window and two single beds. Mineral water, tea and coffee provided in the room, as well as mini toiletries - soap, shampoo and body wash. Toilet tissues were ok if you're not fussed. Otherwise, just buy your own regular toilet rolls from nearby minimarts or supermarkets. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Very clean, and had an inbuilt drinking water supply with a dedicated tap which was very easy instead of asking for bottled water from the room service time to time.

The room's size could have been bigger since it was difficult to consume by 2 people. And it could have more gap between the wall and the bed also. Sometimes it was difficult to go to the next side of the bed because the gap was very low.

the room was VERY clean, matress was firm, washroom was immaculate, filtered water on tap provided was an extra bonus point for the hotel. location is so good. price was also very cheap for the quality we got. staff were extremely nice and courteous especially syed!

The staff was very helpful and efficient and intelligent in resolving my key card. He was courteous and sincerely apologized for the inconvenice as I had a Business call scheduled shortly. The staff in the morning for check out was thoughtful for luggage storage and very friendly. He managed the busy desk with easy and humor. Lots of smiles.
