The owners tried to provide many things to make your stay as enjoyable as what this very small apartment could cope with, ie there was a fridge, good air conditioning, microwave, PowerPoints, tea making facilities etc. We lloved the small, but new modern bathroom for its size. Water pressure great. It was clean, modern and stylish.

It was very small with no room to sit and relax in a chair. I didnt feel comfortable having a cup of tea sitting on the bed. Also the bed was not an island bed and was against the wall.

A small but spotlessly clean room with a washing machine as a bonus. Good bus stop outside gets you where you want to go, and there's a big shopping centre (Parkway Parade) very close by. This is more of a serviced apartment - they don't clean the room for you every day and there are usually no staff onsite. However it was a very pleasant stay.

They don't do mornings very well at checkout. I needed to check out at 8:45am and although they were there "early", they completely screwed up the deposit return system leaving me quite upset.

The stuff were super nice and friendly. Big flatscreen TV, Netflix and free Wi-Fi. The location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and near a bus stop. The place had a homey feel, and the bed and desk chair was super comfortable. Late check- in.

I stayed for five days and the room was not cleaned once. the sheets and towels were also not replaced. Although, the area is quiet for the most part it was really noisy early in the morning. The room was small, it did not have a kitchenette.

I booked a studio room. It comes with small cooking facilities and washing machine and help my stay to be more comfortable.

It has no lift and I need to climb up to 3rd storey. There is no place for us to drop the room card when checking out before 9.30am. No one pick up the calls to help us return the room card too. We waited for quite a bit of time to locate the person in charge. I would like to suggest if the hotel place a box for return of room card and we no need to look for person in-charge where there is no one answer the call.

Hotel looks recently renovated, everything is new. Studio unit has all the necessary amenities for short term stay, e.g. induction cooker, washing machine, ironing board. Located in what I find the most liveable area in Singapore, along the east coast park. Bus stops to city centre nearby.

The location was very handy for the TEL on the metro and for Joe Chiat Road, East Coast Park etc. Though compact the space provided two double beds, two bathrooms and a (very small) shared kitchenette. Given our luggage it was tricky to use this but the beds were comfy, the bathrooms clean and the showers good. Be aware no lift but we were on top floor and it was fine (baby and preschooler in tow!)

The instructions to check-in made it seem more complicated than it actually was!

Comfortable bed, good bathroom, blackout curtains, washing machine was helpful as was the desk, microwave and hair dryer. Aircon and lights were good and very customisable.

Poor sound proofing between room and corridor was poor - the door to the stairs slams loudly and anyone speaking in the corridor sounds like they are in your room. Not enough places to hang things like wet towels and wet laundry. The room was set up well for one person but not really for two, e.g.: only one towel rail, only one desk chair, only six hangers.

The location was great, with buses and trains very easily accessible. It is a short walk from the east coast parkway and all the great eateries of Joo Chiat. Staff were I credibly helpful and accommodating. The room was a good size, with everything we needed.

The hotel has no lift so much walk up to higher floors, which wasn't good for me having a large heavy bag but the staff were always near by and helped on both arrival and departure..

Very clean room All the accessories (shower gel/shampoo, hairdryer, kettle + tea/coffee, USB charging points, smart TV with Netflix / Disney / Amazon Prime, decently stocked kitchenette) Shower had good water pressure and temperature - also energy efficient through water heater switch in room

Room itself was very small and it was difficult to get in and out of the bed because the bed had walls either side with no way to walk around - this could be described better on the listing There is no lift, so suitcases need to be carried upstairs yourself.

-The room was comfortable, quiet and clean with everything that we needed. -The location was handy for what we needed as we were moving out from our apartment in the East Coast with our belongings and a cat, in preparation for a long-haul flight to the UK. -The fact that we could bring our pet cat and she was well-received by the staff.

-We requested a room on the top floor and this request was accepted. However we didn't realise that there was no lift, which meant it was tricky to carry up all our luggage. However, the staff carried our suitcases up, which we greatly appreciated. -Check-in was a little later as the room was not ready, but this was not a problem on our side as we were able to wait in the common area.
