- The rooms were clean and comfortable with basic amenities provided (there's even a tap providing filtered drinking water) - Despite the shower room being small, it was nice that the shower area had a door so that the water doesn't splash everywhere - Located right across a Fair Price supermarket and within walking distance from many cafes/ restaurants

- The room was small. There was only 1 luggage rack despite it being a double room. We had to use the chair to place the other luggage. - No wardrobe due to space constraints. Instead, they have a few hangers installed above the dressing table to hang clothes, which might get in the way if you have things on the dressing table. - Would have been better if there was a soap dish for the bar of hand soap provided - The walls might be thin for those who are light sleepers. I could hear noise coming from the corridor.

everything is oke in this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful with everything!! this is the second time that we stay in this hotel, From Changi airport ( from terminal 2,where you can buy the touristpass MRT- you can travel 1,2,3 days with this touristpass, for the MRT and bus) Changi airport is very near to Eunos MRT Station, from Eunos station you can walk to the hotel(10/13 minutes or take the bus( 2 stops) to Joo Chiat center/ Serai-market, from there, it is 2 minutes walking to hotel Classic, (Geylang road) plenty of hawkerfood/restaurants in the neighborhood, from the hotel, go to busstop, take a bus ( 9 stops) Walk 5 minutes to Gallang MRT STATION, and take the MRT to downtown-Raffles-place, from there it is a view minutes to Merlion/harbourfront etc.

hotel Classic is a simple but a good hotel, room is not real big, but big enough for 2/3 persons, the price for the hotel is 👍 oke, if you compare with other hotels,.. nothing to complain!🙂

The reception staff were very professional and always smily and helpful. The AC in the room was working absolutely perfectly Had filtered water tap build in the sink, which is golden. They offer free green apples at reception! Nice touch! The room has blinds, so if you want to sleep extra, you can. Located within walking distance from all main transport ways towards Marina Bay and Sentosa (Paya Lebar MRT nearby and buses connection to everywhere).

The property is located in the heart of muslim quarters, not in an international touristic area. The shower was facing the wrong way compared to the glass, so it got flodded always whilst using it.

Love everything about this hotel! Location is perfect. So many halal food options be it Chinese, Indian, Malay even Italian. Also some small convenient shop nearby. Close to MRT Paya Lebar maybe around 7-8 minutes of walking. Just maybe 3 stations away from the National Stadium, which is a big plus! The room is great with even greater toilet. Love that this toilet has bidet! A plus plus point! People at reception are all very lovely and helpful. There’s no ironing facilities in the room but you can request if you need to use it.

Hotel was clean and modern, and staff were friendly and very helpful. Although room was small, there was plenty of space and facilities for the few days we were there. Small bathroom with a large shower cubicle, safe, hairdryer, slippers, fridge, and tea making facilities. Although there are shutters on the windows, a certain amount of sunlight still comes in. There is ample lighting in the room to make up for this which is great. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. There is also a large grocery store across the road for any essentials.

Location is quite a bit out of the main city itself, but it's very close to the bus stop coming from the airport, and it's also a 15min walk to the Paya Lebar MRT station, so location wasn't really an issue for us.

Staff was understanding and accommodating and allowed an early check in after a long flight from Europe. This is my second stay at Hotel Classic. The first was in 2023. Personally I like the location. It is near Geylang, the hub of the Malay community. The wet market and shops serve Malay cuisine "kuek". Also the MRT train is within walking distance.

Absolutely fine for a Singapore stopover. Nothing to write home about but if I did I would say... Dear mum and dad, the hotel is fine. It is clean and comfortable in a good location. Cheap by Singapore standards but Singapore is expensive. Wifi is not super fast, but adequate. Easy to check in and close to shops and eating. The banh mi shop, Banh Mi 29, up the road was very good. Love your favourite son.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very kind and smiling. There are comments that there is no window, but I think it is misunderstood. There is a window, but it does not open. With the Singaporean weather temperature, there was no point in opening the window and letting in the warm air. The air conditioning works very well and there is no need to open the window.

The bathroom gets very wet when you take a bath. The shower is half closed with a glass and a wet bathroom does not dry for a long time.

very clean, cozy, simple room. But feels like quality in the bed and even the restroom feels more, 'atas' or higher class than most budget hotels i've been (i can't really explain). But, really, really happy with the stay except for the aircon, Classic by Venue really does match the ratings it has on here (:

Aircon temperature doesn't seem to match the actual coldness of the room. Feels warmer than the temperatures we set Also I think it stated there was a minibar here but it's really minimal, even compared to other budget hotels. But, minor thing this one. The aircon was the main one me & my partner noticed. The 23deg felt like 27deg

The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming even letting me check in early. The bed is very comfortable with lovely smooth sheets. The hotel is just off the main road so great bus connections.

The room is very small but that is clear from the description. The TV has limited channels but I only put it on out of interest as I wasn’t there to watch TV so not a problem for me! I got a room with a window as I like natural light but unfortunately it has some kind of external covering and you can’t see out.
