My husband and I stayed 7 Days and can only complement the staff of the hotel who were all helpful. There were two people who stood out 1. Yu feng would cleaned our room to a high standard and also gave us a cloths maiden so we could dry our swim wear, He greeted every morning, 2, Chandran was managing the club lounge, he was very welcoming and attentive, The hotel is very close to the east coast and has good MRT links to the center,which is a 5 mins walk from the hotel. It also has a supermarket under the hotel which was very handy . The bathroom was big and the shower was very powerful

I have only a couple of points 1. club room ...would of like to see light snacks provided in the afternoon EG afternoon tea 2. net curtains in the room were quite dirty

Great location, great staff, great breakfast (lots of varied choices)

A minor point but the carpet on the 8th floor between the lift to our room had seen better days - lots of small strips missing and some stains. A shame as it detracted a little from the rest of the hotel

Checkin / checkout was fast and smooth. Hotel is connnected to a small shopping mall, so you could do grocery shopping there. Location between airport and center (cab costs 10sgd to central locations and takes only 8-10mins). Breakfast was good! Value for money is good.

Rooms are old, noisy aircondition, very high humidity in a rooms (never had this problem with orher hotels in Singapore), pool was cold (strange taking in mind temperature in Singapore). Family room for four was small and especially bathroom (tiny).

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and had a good breakfast plus a good size pool. Close to the airport and across the road from a market and large shopping center with loads of restaurants. As we as a large supermarket under the hotel. Loads of options for food.

We booked a family room for 4 people, unfortunately there were only two queen beds. Not a huge deal, but a family room would be better with 1 queen and two singles for obvious reasons.

Location there is an abundance of restaurants and bars to enjoy a meal as well as shops. Hawker market close by with delicious cheap meals and walking distance to beach and bike/ walking paths. Buses right outside to! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome to!

Noisy people waking you up early in the morning banging doors and talking loudly! Also kids above your room running and jumping until 11pm at night! Sound proofing isn’t very good.

This is our second stay here.The hotel is amazing, great location. The pool is excellent. The rooms are spacious. We stayed in the room with the bathtub and it is amazing. The staff are also lovely. I love staying at this hotel.

The breakfast isn’t the best which doesn’t really matter because there’s great food around. But it would really add to the value if the breakfast was better

Staff extremely polite and friendly

Although the bed linen was spotless, the floors were dirty. Our room window to our balcony was nailed closed meaning that the room was hot, and the air conditioner was extraordinarily loud.

Quite budget hotel for Singapore with good location. 15 min by taxi / 30 min by bus and you already in center of town. Plus Katong area is good itself. Hotel is straight on the main road with full of nice restaurants and coffeeshops. Supermarket on the 1 floor. And there is a nice coffeeshop to have a proper breakfast on the basement. 10 min walk (from the back side of the hotel) there is a proper big shopping center Parkaway Parade. I'm glad we stayed in this hotel. I would recomend it for my friends if they ask where to stay in Singapore. And I keep this place in my mind for our next trip to Singapore.

Minibar was slightly working and no place to drink cup of tea except seating on the bed. A "bit tired hotel", but with good potential.

Breakfast was awesome. Plenty of variations with ethnicity. Friendly Staff and checkin and checkout. Concierge was friendly and helpful with ordering a taxi. Best thing about the room, apart from the bed, was the water pressure and rain forest shower..

Not the hotels fault, as it is located across the road from Parkway Parade Shopping Complex. There is construction underway along road at the front entrance, although it is not close to the lobby. This makes it a bit restrictive to cross the road to eat at the Hawker Centres. Not a big deal, but mildly inconvenient.

Loved the laundromat, breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Didn’t like how loud the air conditioning was or the size of the fridge.
