The staff were very approachable and nice. They also greet us whenever they see us going in and out of the hotel. Moreover, they also maintained our rooms clean everyday. Location-wise, it is near restos, convenience stores, grocery, and bus stops. It was an hour away from the airport via bus and 20-mins away via Grab.

Staff was really friendly, room was comfortable and the amenities as expected. Big plus for being able to easily open the window shutters (to have more light). Air con is easy to use to get rid of humidity and the bathroom with a separate shower well appreciated. Neighborhood has plenty of food options as well as two MRT stations not far (Paya Lebar and Eunos). Happy with my choice.

Overall cleanliness might be better when getting the room for the first time (though the fact that it can be made up daily is a good point).

My kids love the swing seat in our room. The room itself was wonderfully spacious. Plenty of space for our luggages by the pantry area. The open-wardrobe has lots of clothes hangers for our family of 4. The smartTV has netflix and youtube apps. There was an extra pillow at the wardrobe, which we used. The cushions provided were also very comfy.

Be sure to rinse not only the pantry teaspoons before use, but also the glasses in the bathrooms. The wifi was quite unstable.

The hotel is a little gem in a quiet part of Singapore. I am so glad I booked here because for a very reasonable price the room was quite spacious and comfortable compared to other hotels closer to the city. The bed was firm and great for sleeping. The bathroom is modern, very clean and well designed. Tea and coffee supplied and good sized coffee mugs that all enhances the experience. Plenty of food and coffee places and an interesting.mix of suburban mall and specialty shops made the morning walk enjoyable. Close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and professional.

It’s a really affordable place (for Singapore) that’s well oriented to explore the city. Google Maps says it’s an 18 minute walk to the metro, but really it’s more like 8-10. We enjoyed our stay!

There wasn't anything to dislike. The team were so helpful and the hotel itself so comfortable I really couldn't find a negative.

The location was outstanding. It was an easy 4 block walk to the SMRT Station and PLQ mall. All the food vendors you could ever imagine. Since I was there for the F1 race it was a simple 10 minute ride to the Marina Bay track. Singapore is blessed with a fantastic bus and rail system, at an extremely low cost.

I only wish that they offered a Breakfast Buffet, that would make the Champion Hotel 5 Star in my book.

Clean facility. Helpful and friendly staff. Location is 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus station. Close to some nice restaurants. Air conditioning and water heating facilities work great. The place was very quiet.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. It suits our purposes for a stop over as it's only about 30 mins by taxi to the airport. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The bathroom is small but has some good additions with extra hooks etc to alleviate this.

The housekeeper uncle that I forgot the name but sounds like hanif, im not sure, 😁✌️did an outstanding job. They clean the room everyday even without asking. Amenities were replenished daily like water, toilet paper, coffee and tea, toothbrush set etc.. The smell at the lobby was really nice and there's sanitizers everywhere. Location too is great coz it's accessible and there are lots of food establishments around. Including malls. Overall it was great all staff were friendly. And we are planning to stay again on our next holiday 😊😊

Didn't really dislike but I hope that they can replace their wall papers inside the room just to look nicer. It's stained and a bit torn already. But it didn't affect our stay. It's just for the hotel to become more presentable.
