The hospitality & great service from frontline to housekeeping all were faultless. Location was very much accessible to shopping malls;makan places or massage places.A2 food court food price quite Xpensive,not worth to patronise.Instead head for the nearby coffeeshops or street food stalls the price is still reasonable.Hotel restaurant staffs will make Ur meal time a delightful n favourite hangout time with friends or family members.😁👍👍😆

The dirty n smelly sewage system condition next to the hotel that's make me want to vomit 🤮🤮 whether it . Hopefully the relevant authorities can do something about it.

The hotel is very centralised and the food is very good (buffet type) the room is very nice though only limited channel. Hotel lobby has a very good ambiance. The staff friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy.

I have made a room service as we are lazy going out however we were informed that if paying by card need to go down to the lobby for payment then they will deliver the food after payment. Quite troublesome especially if you just like laying in bed

I would like to specially thank the person who did my house cleaning. On my 3rd day of stay, i did not expect my bundle of money to be laying or drop in the hotel room. At first i thought the money was missing as i was searching my bag when i was out shopping. When I returned back at the hotel room, I did not expect that the bundle of money is kept nicely at the table. I did not get the name of the person. But I would like to give a special thank to the guys. Aside from that, the staffs are all friendly. They help us with our bag and all.

Got a bad experience on the 2nd day of stay.b4 I go out at 9am,I did ask for room clean up.upon coming back at 1pm my room still not clean up.call room service and was told will come up soon.wait for another 90 mins still no sight of them.in the end go down to counter and ask counter staff to ask for help as I did not hv clean towel to wash up.waited till 3pm then got my room clean up.

Helpfull receptionist and concierge. Very fine hospitality of the staff. Smoth check in and out. They always greet u welll with a smile even not yet start their shift. The room is super clean including bathroom. Adequate room amnities.. a/c work fine. Glorious tv chanel which about 50++ of them. (Including national tv and cable) its located near 2 mall BCS and new opened batam grand mall which consider walking distance. Indomaret and alfa mart also located nearby not to mention multiple ATM nearby including maybank, CIMB niaga BNI etc There were also lamongan culinary which consisted of satay kambing, soup, pecel at nearby building. As its located not far away from mosques ,and other worshiper place also dense populated area, i did not encounter too much noise from the pub as its limited decibel and opening hours.. it was truly pleasant stay for me who on transit. I saw a famous seafood restaurant just opposite the hotel. There was a street food vendor nearby which quite popular as lot of patronage. But im not sure about their hygiene. Maybe will try next time. I woluld like to thank hotel staff and management who provide guest with this sincere hopitality and very remarkable service by helping me to find a taxi with reasonable fare thanks to booking dot com which give me opportunity to stay with reasonable rate.

Qiblah direction in the room pointed differ from my google qibla finder. Take time to adjust shower water temperature and its not easy. As a result to make an adjustment. Lots of water is wasted.

It is close to a fancy shopping mall and also the A2 Foodcourt, so, it is within walking distance to food and shopping.

We originally reserved the family room option but when we made the reservation, the final price changed drastically, this is probably a booking.com issue but it was the only downside to our trip as we wanted to share a room together instead of having 2 separate rooms.

My stay at 89 Hotel is great.The most I like abt this hotel is the breakfast.Very delicious menu & everyday is different menu display.I love it very much.When having breakfast d staff is very friendly & helpful.

What I don't like is the fridge in the room is not working at all.Moreover there is leaking frm the fridge.
