1)The view was nice. 2) Breakfast was moderate don't expect much. But nice. 3) Restaurant food and price was okay.

1) Not suitable for elderly whom can't climb nor walk down and up the stairs to the chalet. 2) takes a longer for the buggy to arrive up and down. Need to call multiple times sometimes. 3) Mosquito, couldn't open the balcony to due it 4) the chalet I stayed had internet issue straight for two days, had to call in multiple times as well 5) Aircon not too strong and not much hot water in the bathroom.

the resort as a whole is great. with clean facilities and excellent staff and service. very beautiful.

the 3 bedroom chalet was very old, pillows lumpy and the narrow steep spiral staircase very difficult to navigate and impossible to take up luggage, we needed to all leave out luggage downstairs and take up clothes, toiletries to change each time.

Everything was great, loved the food overall. Room was clean and tidy, balcony was nice, service was excellent and friendly.

Ok so one of the days i had room service, the floor was mopped but i dont think was clean. Our whole room smelt like sewage water for a good 6hrs. Just wanted to comment so in future mop is cleaned well

The property is by the beach and has a fantastic marina with a lot of marine life. One can also walk next door to Turi beach resort and use the facilities there, which is a plus.

The property is a little dated and desperately in need of some preventative maintenance. Paint peeling, leaking windows, no drawers to lock precious belongings etc. most of the facilities within are very basic but the functioning aircon is truly a blessing.

Very Cosy, nice ambience and peaceful resort. A very laid back place to unwind. Felt very rejuvenated after my trip. Best Oxtail soup is here! Worth the money.

Not much choice for breakfast and not much activity. Best for relaxing and lay back.

The free shuttle to get to villa uphill. Don't hv to wait long for the driver to fetch us from lobby. The swimming pool is large and clean. Breakfast spread is sufficiently varied.

Chalet a bit dated but is clean. Daily made up by staff. Water sport has to go to Turi Beach. World Cup channel was switched off but the world cup package sold at club house didn't have enough seats. Buy package but hv to stand. Really a boo boo!

Super friendly staff and perfect isolation in a room with a sea view

Sunday breakfast was a circus. Hotel implemented set dining times but didn't tell us. Hotel was full and the small restaurant couldn't cope. People practically needed wheel barrows to cart the amount of food they were taking. Really poor guest behaviour combined with the hotel not being able to cope. Even though we had inclusive breakfast we just gave up and went back to our room. Awful experience but otherwise a wonderful resort. Every other aspect of our visit was fantastic.

The property is in a beautiful location with a light breeze coming from the sea. The hospitality is second to none with lovely, helpful staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

We did not find anything we didn’t like.

staff are nice and very accomodating. they immediately resolved issues about the cleanliness. one staff also gave recommendations on where to go and where to eat nice seafood. food was great. wont disappoint.

the chalet wasnt ready when we got to the room. it was quite dusty and seemed like it wasnt used for too long then didnt even prepare it before guests come in. however, they were able to immediately clean the chalet when we requested.

i travelled here for the long weekend with my mom aunt and friend for 2 nights. The resort property is absolutely stunning and the service was amazing. Trust me when I say the staff were tooo kind and made sure everything we needed was provided promptly. We had a shuttle bus from and to the ferry terminal and we also did spa, river cruise and other activities at the Turi Beach resort which is their sister concern but Nongsa point gave us transport to and fro all times. They were kind enough to cater to us at any hour.
