The breakfast variety was good. Perhaps more selection of juices such as apple, pineapple. The Italian restaurant was divine. Highly recommend it. Had planned to go another day, but it was closed on Monday.

The hotel charged to have a bucket of ice delivered to the room.

Request for king size bed was granted. Thank you. Room was clean and amenities were all in place. We love the huge bathroom of the Riani. The concierge staffs were very helpful. Overall, a very satisfying stay at the resort.

The food at Taman Sari wasn't that great compared to the Selera Restaurant at Nongsapoint Marina. The star attraction 220m jetty was not accessible due to upgrading. The main swimming pool were still not in operation.

We had pleasure of visiting Turi Beach overbthe weekend to celebrate SG60 and enjoy a short gateaway from the bustling city life of Singapore. This was our second visit, and our first time bringing along our elderly parents friends. The service is good, all the staff were very kind and accomodating, which made pur stay both comfortable and memorable. That said, we would like to share few small suggestion that could further enhance the guest experience. 1.premier room amenities: there was no mini fridge in our room, which would have been helpful, especially for storing cold drinks 2. Hairdryer plug compatibility: provided hairdyer had 2 pin round plug, while the room outlets were 3 pin. As a result i couldnt use itm 3.lobby facilities: for our elderly friends, the lack of toilet in the lobby area was inconveniet, as they had to use the syairs to access nearest bathroom. 4.breakfast seating and service: we arrived a hit late for breakfast and were only offered seating at outdoor area, which was quite warm. We notice that some guest were seated adjacent restaurant, but it wasnt clear whether we are allowed to do same. Also, the egg station, the staff had two pans but was only using one, which made the wait longer than expected. 5.the buffet dinner: the food selection is generous and we appreciate the variety, However, we notice that the lighting around the buffet dining area was a but dim, making it hard to see the food and eat comfortably. additionally, some of the table were uneven, likely due to the sandy ground. Perhaps using rakes or sone form of ground levelling could help make the sining experience more comfortable. 6.Massage is amazing

Birthday celebration, the room was being decorated, so it was a very nice surprise. The view from the resort was great, love the clear blue sky and the colour of the sea. Breakfast was decent and the room was spacious. Would recommend the Saturday BBQ buffet with live band. Definitely go to the spa if you'd like a good massage. Very chill and relax atmosphere, best place to clear your mind and simply rest. Nice walk along the Island Bar! Oh, there are a few swings facing the sea as well, my personal favourite.

Food and drinks from the restaurants are a bit pricy, could have more activities like table tennis, badminton, little games, etc. apart from the water sports. Could be a bit boring at night, as normally other resorts would have live music or some sort of entertainment available. The fridge in the room was a bit noisy and the hot water in the shower always turn cold after a short while.

It was nicer than I originally expected considering the price we paid. Staff were able to give us a paid upgrade even though we thought the suites were sold out. The 2 pools were nice, so were the swings near the beach. The local dessert at their restaurant was amazing! Peaceful and quiet. Food was affordable considering this was a resort. I also liked that this resort was more walkable than most other resorts that rely on buggys to get from one place to another.

The pillows were too high. Bathtub wasn't as clean. You can't swim in the beach because of stonefish and jellyfish. Was not really able to order grab food (food delivery) as they did not let delivery drivers into the property (though you're allowed to pick it up from security. At off hours, a lot of the bars and restaurants were not really staffed unless you specifically requested for something. Finally, the phone in our room wasn't working and we had to lug our luggage up to the lobby for checkout, and this happened with another guest the day we arrived too. Overall, if you don't have high expectations, it was still a really nice getaway especially for the price.

We loved the serenity of the location and that it was by the sea. The food at the Italian restaurant was good and so was the spread of options at breakfast. The general customer service was also excellent and the staff were always very attentive and always willing to help. It was also wonderful that they arranged a buggy to take us to our room upon arrival. We generally felt really welcome and at home!

We weren't pleased with the fact that we had to pay for a small bottle of drinking water after our 4 bottle quota had been reached. Drinking water should be the a basic requirement and be offered free such a resort. We tried to boil water using the electric kettle but not of the electric sockets were of the Indonesian 'two pronged' type,which was what the electric kettle had. The coffee machine in the room also didn't come with any coffee pods.

My husband and I love the serene atmosphere of the resort. The swimming pools are fantastic. The beach outside our room is lovely, but another nearby beach can be dirty and has an unpleasant smell at low tide. I enjoyed the swings by the beachfront, and adding hammocks would be a nice touch. The restaurant's food is delicious, especially the Western dishes, teppanyaki, and local cuisine. The island bar has a romantic vibe, and we enjoyed drinks there each evening before dinner. We would definitely come back!

The price at the spa. They're twice the price of massages and treatments you can get at quality spa in batam centres. There're Jasmine instead of English breakfast teabags in the room.

Exceptional service from the porter to the front desk to the restaurant staff. Truly exceptional friendly service! And they even accommodated my request for bday deco for my wife. The Candlelit Dinner was definitely memorable and a good experience. Good WiFi. Peaceful surroundings. Very very clean toilet.

The location is far from town but not an issue actually. To go out, we need to book in house vehicle with driver that cost IDR 180,000 per trip. Secondly, no karaoke facilities.

The naturescape is really breathtaking. We really love the nature, the sea and the environment at the resort. Everywhere seems instagrammable! The island bar is also beautiful - live music would have been great there.

Unfortunately, the decor is very basic, I feel a painting would be nice to spice up the empty off-white walls. So much potential with the room, especially with the size. I found a pack of food from previous guest in my fridge. Also, the facilities are quite dated. The pool table has 2 badly bruised sticks - not much we can do inhouse other than the sea sports which was daytime activities. A karaoke room would have been great for the adult guests to interact. A bit far off from town centre, which means we had only the food from the hotel, which is not bad at all, but maybe pricy.

This is the best resort in Batam and i loved it, have stayed there twice! I love the rooms with the pool view, with the very high ceiling, huge bathroom and shower and balcony. It is just the best place to relax for 2 nights, rustic luxury, lovely swimming pool and everything is so near. The restaurant is open 24hours and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. The Saturday night BBQ seafood buffet by the beach is amazing, not to be missed! The staff are all so polite, friendly and helpful, i will always go back to this resort
