the location is just beside the ferry terminal. the unit is 28AE, which is with sea view. this is more on stating the facts on the service provided and amneties 1. towel and hand towel provided, changed every 3 days 2. no change of bedsheet throughout of our 5 night stay 3. no toileteries. just buy at the hypermart 4. only first night of complimentary coffee, tea 5. as this is not a hotel, everything is self service, eg no daily cleaning 6. there's laundry service in the ground floor 7. if there's no more rubbish bag, request from owner 8. no rice cooker

1. extension cable and hair dryer need replacement, 2. good to have: night light, full height mirror, bigger kettle, pail 3. 3-sets of cutleries. some cutleries are not complete (chipsticks, small spoon) 4. only 1 set of key and access card provided. 5. the master bedroom mattress need replacement.

The key card system. I book 2 apartments and was not on the same floor. And with the key card systems required to take the lift, I literally can’t go to the other unit without their key. And if I take their key card, they can’t locked or open their door. So we end up having to meet at the lobby whenever we need to take something from each another

The apptmnt very clean with sea view and water for drinking and cooking provided in the kitchen with clean fridge and microwave too...smoking area at balcony The staff is friendly and always open the lobby door for you.. walking distance from batam centre and Mega mall everything is near easy to find... convenient store and laundry just beside the lobby.. we had good experience staying here... thanks cozy homes

The apartment had everything needed for a 4D3N stay; kitchenette with microwave & gas stove, 4L water and basic utensils for 3pax, comfy beds, superb wifi and lovely sea view. Situated just next door to the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and across from the Batam Mega Mall, makes it very convenient. Daniel was very responsive and helpful with check in details.

For short 1-2N stays, everything provided in the apartment is sufficient. Beyond this, need to bring along toilet paper & pick up more drinking water. The common complaint of drainage smell surfaced by D2 despite the many deodorants provided in the bathroom which permeated the rest of the apartment. Suggested to Daniel regular washing down the drainage system with hot water, vinegar & baking soda to ease this problem. Otherwise guests may want to bring along Fabreeze to spray the apartment beddings & sofa and then into the drains on D2 which we did and it helped significantly.

1. Apartment is clean. 2. Everything we need is there for us to use. Better if scissors is provided for kitchen use. 3. Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video etc available on tv. 3. Owner is responsive and helpful via WhatsApp.

1. Living room Aircon remote control is not working, had to press manually to on/off it. 2. Bedroom socket was loose and coming off the wall. 3. Master bedroom blanket not big enough for 2 pax.

Location was perfect, room was cosy and comprehensive. Will stay here again when we visit Batam.

The mattress was a little too soft and squishy. Would appreciate if the master room has 2 queen sized bed instead, that will make the room more conducive for families with young children.

1)The aircon unit cannot work simultaenously with other electrical appliances. We were instructed to off aircon units before we are able to boil water for daily use. 2)The TV remote control was out of battery

no hair dryer and iron. u have to use laundry service at ground floor if u need to iron your clothes and have to wait for them to send it back to u

It's near to the port and has a good sea view. It is equipped with modern facilities and a very hygienic apartment. Overall, comfortable stay. Last but not least the staff is quite friendly and accommodating.
