Affordable hotel, fitted with swimming pool, gym and spa. The breakfast was good, it was a decent spread however do not expect much from the quality. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, we felt at home right away! The hotel itself was slightly dated, but it was still nice and we couldn't argue due to its price point. We had a lovely view of the sea, and heading to Batam Centre ferry was easy, just a 5 min walk, which made it easy to travel back home.

The staff did not prepare anything even though I had mentioned beforehand that I was staying for my anniversary. Maybe they had forgotten it, but it is not a big issue.

Very great location! Just 3mins walk from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and booking grab ride was very fast. All staffs were very hospitable and nice. We have requested for a room with a nice view and it was granted. The room was very spacious, kingsize bed plus there were bolster pillows too its just that the resting pillows were not so fluffy which make our neck painful when we woke up the next day. As for the breakfast food it was same same so I guess 1 time breakfast at the hotel is good enough just to try their breakfast as there are a lot of accessible restaurants nearby (8-10 mins grab). Overall, the experience was great and will consider again to stay in Harris Batam Center 😉😊

All staff I encountered greeted me & my group politely with a smile. Harris Hotel has an white and orange theme which makes it unique and quirky. The hotel sells many of it's amenities at very affordable price. During check out, I enquired regarding car transfer to nearby ferry terminal and it was provided complementary by the hotel. In addition, I missed two large bags of snacks in my room & the staff kindly sent it to me at the ferry terminal. So sweet of them! Hope the hotel management continue extra ordinary service to all guests.

Am not the breakfast, stay jn the room type but big dinner room service Oxtail soup/fruit/fried banana with cheese topping, ice cream on the side, food party girl with own projector watching Flash while eating. LUXURY. Harris is a wonderful place with very warm welcome that makes stranger like me feel at home, walking into the room expose to full sky and water is all I need for a getaway. Location is just 5 min walk from outside ferry terminal. Totally easy going. My kind of holiday is eat, rest and pray in solitude cos i work 6.5 hours non stop , 4 days a week handling humans of all sorts of nature a noise with calm and pleasure.

Centrally located to various points and back Housekeeping did a very good job in maintaining the room cleanliness and front office service team were very helpful and friendly Service Team from the cafe go extra mile to make you comfortable and cozy

TV program with Bahasa Indonesian Language translation which proves to be a challenge and lots of repeated movies. The bathroom glass door is not aligned which needs maintenance and rectification Airconditioning in the room needs maintenance attention, not cooling enough and the elevator landing area on each floor is suffocating without air-conditioning turn on

This is the number 1 Hotel that I and my family like. When we reach the hotel the aroma smell is very relaxing, there is welcome drink, complimentary of two drink and chocolate for each room, Staff are friendly, the food for room service and Breakfast all are very delicious, the room, aircon is superb👍👍👍and toilet are very clean. The room service is super fast there is no need to wait for soo long. Surely i will come back here for my next holiday. Other hotel cannot be the same like Harris Hotel❤Our family number 1 Hotel in Batam👏👏👏

It is located in front of the jetty, so I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel until my departure timing. Close to a shopping mall. It took 15-20 min by taxi to Nagoya where I went for aroma massage. The ocean view from my window was wonderful!

I liked the hotel breakfast where there is a wide variety of local and international dishes available, from good quality crisp pastries to spicy nasi lemak. Some of the room service food like the sirloin and filet mignon is pretty good. However there is the oxtail cuisine (broth) which were exceptionally good. The hotel room was also comfy and clean with a good amount of amenities provided. The hotel staff and receptionists were friendly staff were friendly, polite and very accomodating to us throughout my stay at the hotel.

The common corridors are not air conditioned making it uncomfortable when walking to the hotel rooms. Some of the decor and furnishings in hotel room is slightly worn-out. Even though there were great food that we enjoyed, unfortunately there was one which was disappointing. The spare ribs was overcooked making the flesh very tough to eat and not very enjoyable.

Breakfast buffett is fantastic. Front counter service provides excellent service with a smile. Room is splendidly clean and I always leave a tip for the housekeeper. And they always put me in a room facing the sea. Beautiful. And the best part? It is right next to Batam Ferry Terminal and 2 major shopping malls within walking distance. Absolutely love the location.

ROOM @ The rooms is Great enjoyed every moment. BREAKFAST @ - I think the chef need to bring more variety of menu to our guest expectation. It so so only the breakfast nothing is impressive but the traditional Kuih is great. LOCATION @ Right exactly beside Batam Feri Centre - It is walking distance only about 40 meters only. But been cheated by Private Car Driver as he charges us 500K. We learn the lesson as first timer as we had agree when we booked the vehicle.
