This hotel recently got rebranded and changed management. When I went, they had very good promotional pricing. The location is very near to Harbour Bay and a few short minutes from Nagoya. There's a bar with darts and pool table in the hotel. The lobby is quite grandiose and feels luxurious. The staff is nice.

The room feels not very well maintained and ran down. Furnitures had their edges knocked off, the door was not easy to open and lock, the balcony tiles had a lot of mold. Very spacious room but feels way too empty. Patches of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The way to the pool is through some creepy staircase. Hope the new management has plans to renovate the rooms soon!

First time staying at this hotel. There is a nice chill out bar/cafe at the lobby and my kids love the pool table. The breakfast spread is good, and the security is tight. They have convenience store just opposite the road and behind the hotel as well. Quite convenience.

The main road is always busy with cars, regardless morning or evening. To cross the road to the convenience store, requires some guts. the security is tight, thus my i have to come all the way out to the hotel security entrance to pick up my grab food delivery.

I like the room so clean n housekeeping doing their job well maintain...very fast response when we request or we need help from receptionist.. Hotel lobby nice smell but the sofa so bad smell

I want to gv feedback about the food for breakfast I think need to improve more as the food is really not on our taste as Singaporean in future to be a international food..examples like nasi lemak..lontong..Western breakfast more cereal... The drink orange juice no taste..

The hotel contacted us prior to arriving to ask if we have any allergies or requests they should take note of, which was unique. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating a friend's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a room decoration and a slice of cake. They also helped us take pictures of us and the cake. The hotel has many facilities such as an indoor pool, a gym, spa area, a restaurant, and a bar with darts, pool table and karaoke corner. The restaurant serves buffet every morning from 6am to 10am, and the breakfast spread is rather large and interesting, and it changes every day, except for the pastries and live station. Room service was also excellent. They changed the towels, bathrobes, bedroom slippers everyday, and gave us bottles of mineral water daily too. We did mention that they need not tidy the room which they complied. Overall an amazing stay, the staff were very friendly.

We ordered food for room service, and the food was average, considering the price which is more than the food you will find in batam. Some of the sockets in our room also was not working.

excellent customer service. very attentive especially the customer service officer Joices n her team members. always service with a smile. the housekeeping also did a great job. very accommodating to our last minute needs. the spa service in the hotel is also great.

perhaps the facility is a bit worn off n probably the central air conditioner needs to maintain to prevent mouldy smell. need improvement to upkeep the place.

Firstly.....the ambience of the lobby hotel look like first class hotel....and it look very soothing and calming atmosphere....secondly....the staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful....last but not least....the facilities like gym and swimming pool is quite enjoyable.....plus kind of surprise that while walking to my hotel room, the corridor walkway was very clean and air is very fresh....

The toilet door in my hotel room was the only defect as there a gap in between....as it not look good as people like if my guest that came my room and want to use the toilet, they would feel not safe.....

Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was enveloped in a comforting embrace of hospitality, greeted by friendly smiles and a genuine warmth that set the tone for a delightful stay. Their thoughtful gesture of adorning our room with exquisite decorations for our 15th wedding anniversary created an enchanting ambiance. To top it off, the delightful surprise of a specially crafted cake delivered to our room was the sweetest touch, making our celebration truly memorable. Grateful for the extra mile they went to make our stay extraordinary.

Good choice of cooked food if you like a cooked dinner for breakfast .Eggs/ pancakes freshly cooked to order. Staff very friendly and polite although communication sometimes difficult

Not enough choice of cereals, no muesli . Very limited fruit selection. Need larger print on menu even with glasses couldn’t read ingredients under food options lucky l do not have any allergies. No soap provided in bathroom. Bathroom needs a thorough clean especially around tiling / bath.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, esoecially the driver ( Ridwan). The breakfast is good, the fried noodles/rice are delicious. Free transfer service from the harbourbay to the hotel and from the hotel to the harbourbay. In addition, free drop-off services are provided from the hotel to nearby shopping malls.

The security team is very alert to their surroundings and ensures every vehicle entry is checked thoroughly. During my stay , my room safe was locked out, and the security personnel assisted in opening the safe in a timely manner. The coffee house staff were attentive to my requests, and the food selection was relatively good. The pastry was impressive and tasty. All the staff were professional and courteous in their service. They were very attentive to my requests. One staff of mention is Adit; he is exceptionally helpful and fast in his work towards my request. He is cheerful and maintains eye contact with the guest, displaying excellent body language of being polite. He really made a difference in my stay in the hotel. Do keep  him informed him of the excellent service provided and continue be an example to the rest of the front office guest staff.

The room was adequate but it would help to rectify through housekeeping / maintenance team through regular audit checks.
