Staff are really outstanding, and I really appreciate their hospitality and great attitude and treatment. They are always grateful and appreciated.

Housekeeping was not up to standard, I found one of the empty water bottle which I had thrown out refilled back from tap and put back again on the table I always mark the thrown water bottle with star on the bottom of the bottle.

At some point it took over an hour to get ice brought to our room. Seemingly they had forgotten. But it didn’t spoil the rest of our stay

Breakfast venue was overcrowded and inadequate for the number of people, requiring lengthy queues.

Amazing hotel - the staff make it exceptional! First time I actually didn’t want to leave the hotel room. From the early check-in to the service at breakfast everything was exceptional. I don’t have the name of the lady who cleaned our room but she left it spotless every time. Even told them at check out how amazing she was. Location was the perfect area for us. Walking distance to Marina area but also have access to 2 malls with a huge range of food and coffee options. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Only room for improvement could have been more options for breakfast (pastries, cakes).

Room was big and spacious for my family of 4.

Had to wait a little longer for my room to be ready. Came at 1230 but room was supposed to be ready by 3pm but had to wait till almost 5pm. Asked for extra bed but was also not yet ready.

Very well located with a metro station within minutes access. Also access to shops nearby and bars outsidr the hotel. Location being in Marina Bay is also ideal

Not so much a dislike but more it has the feel of a functional hotel. Not as picturesque as other hotels or even the lobby - not as grand as some equivalent hotels. All materialistic aspects against pros of service being very good and personable. Also another con was the queue to breakfast in thr lobby area was super long, taking up to 20 mins to get a table.

Good location, convenient, Suntec City Mall is just next door. Staff were excellent. Clean room.

Room 813 toilet was a little mouldy. We weren’t given the “Conrad Bear” when we checked into the hotel.

1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 2. Breakfast variety and quality. 3. Interior and location (next to shopping avenues, food courts, subway station, etc.)

1. Soundproofing is very poor, there is an open air karaoke and bar 500m in front of the hotel, working till 3 am and playing loud music, also we heard everyone and everything from the entrance door, and the neighbors from upstairs. 2. Cleaning quality could be better. There was a chewing gum in the corridor near elevators, left unattended for 4 days, couple of times cleaners forgot to throw away garbage.

We were on level 31 and used the club lounge all the time. It was great. Enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon and tea and drinks and canapes in the evening. Well done. Room was large and bed very comfortable.

I feel that the women's bathrobe in the bedroom was far too heavy and did not fit which was a nuisance. Also when it was raining it would have been great to watch a movie on tv but they were so out of date it was unbelievable. I think that area could definitely be improved especially when you look at the price of the room.
