LOVED how central it was to most areas of Singapore Staff was quite helpful and friendly - really supported us with our check-in dates when we missed our flight. Love the balcony area

Cannot say we didnt like anything per se, but there could be improvements: 1. The shower handle was somewhat broken 2. Might need to check the tea cups - one was cracked and leaking 3. The sink did not drain well Overall maintenance we feel needs improvements

Clean and spacious room. Kettle, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer included. Water and towels every day.

Can't control air-conditioning, but I already knew this.

All reception staff were really nice and friendly. Specially Nicki the other two girls Pilipina and Tamale.

No Breakfast system

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and location are very fine and public transport and taziye stand is in front of the hotel seven eleven 50 mt ahead.

No Window room is some boring

Been staying here many times. Right at center of the city ,very convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel staff are super friendly. Strongly recommend for budget travelers!

I felt well at the hotel, it was comfortable and secure, also it is located in a very good place, close to everything.

We had a bad situation when we got at our room, once it was occupied by another person.
