We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our visit to Singapore! The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Mae, Ryan, and Shannen went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed—from recommendations to small thoughtful gestures that made a big difference. Thank you for the warm hospitality! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

The hotel is very well located, right between Seah and Purvis Streets, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The MRT is conveniently close—just a 5-minute walk to Bugis Station. The room is clean and comfortable. Using the digital key takes a bit of getting used to. Just make sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone, and you can use it as your room key. Shannen and the digital concierges, Ryan and Mae, were extremely helpful—checking in on me regularly even without being physically present. They literally responded to all of my questions immediately.

We had a really enjoyable stay here. The absolute highlight was the team (Mae, Ryan and Shannen) – every single staff member we encountered was incredibly nice and genuinely helpful. They were always on hand to answer questions and provided very clear information about everything we needed. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore. The only real drawback was the lack of a traditional keycard. You need to download an app before your stay to access your room. While the instructions from the staff were clear, the application itself was a bit temperamental at times and occasionally failed to work smoothly. However, I must praise the staff again here – whenever we had an issue with the app, they were incredibly fast to come and help us resolve it, which really minimized the inconvenience. Overall, despite the minor technical hiccup with the app, the wonderful staff and great location made this a very positive experience, and we would consider staying here again.

Very good location. Walking distance (around 7 minutes) to Suntec, can access MRT and shopping centers. Quite a few eateries around too - your 3 meals are sorted though the accommodation itself does not serve food. Staff very responsive - Shannen and Mae were wonderful. It is a good accommodation if you just need a bed to sleep on and nice shower to wash off the day.

The place is tiny and not very conducive to do anything else apart from sleeping. But this is probably what it was designed for. If you intend to spend more time in your room and want some space to move around, this place would not be it. Not a big deal, but you need to download the app to access your room. The hotel is very helpful and gives plenty of instructions though - but you having said that you need internet access.

This hotel is a hidden gem! While the rooms may be on the smaller side, they are incredibly well laid out and make excellent use of the space. I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was arranged. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, Shannen and Mae were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The location is also fantastic. It's situated in a vibrant area with a plethora of amazing food and drink options steps away. I had a blast exploring the local culinary scene and appreciated being able to walk to so many great restaurants and bars easily. This is the perfect choice if you're looking for a hotel with a fantastic location, incredibly helpful staff, and smartly designed rooms. I highly recommend it!

I made the mistake of booking a room with stairs... at my age, it is not the brightest move. The prices will probably go up after reviews like this!!!!!

The location is in the center of the city, within walking distance from all the must-visit places, such as the Raffles Hotel, the National Museum, the Fountain of Wealth, and Chijmes. There are also bus stations that take you to a lot of places faster than the SMRT and if you prefer the SMRT, City Hall and Bugis Station is walking distance from the hotel.

Although, I understand the power saving concerns for running the laundry from 8am-10pm. I only wish that the laundry room ran the entire day. I'm usually out the entire and come back after 10pm so I wasn't able to laundry before I left as I like.

Great boutique hotel in the city center of Singapore. It is 10 min on foot from City Hall MRT station. The room was well equipped - kitchenette and bathroom on the floor level and a bed loft overhead. There is a TV where you can watch Netflix (if you have an account), regular TV channels did not work. The room had a small fridge and a kettle. The hotel features a laundrette which you can use free of charge. The staff was extremely helpful - Andrew, Shannen and Ryan helped us a lot during check-in, our stay and check-out.

The only issue we had is the fact that the hotel uses an app-key instead of a regular plastic card key. It was a hassle to activate the lift every time we went in ans out. Slightly better with the room door, but the app was lagging sometimes. And, we had to always keep phones from charging out, otherwise we would not be able to get back the hotel.

Staff were great, Shannen, Ryan, Mae and - particularly Davina - really went above and beyond. Good location, easy for drop-offs, rooms finished quite well. Great for a good level functional stay. Also a great coffee shop a couple of doors down and easy access to tacos etc on the street of a good standard.

Having to remember to turn the hot water on 20 mins before your shower is a bit 1980's. Also (and this is minor) the rooms are a bit tight, but a more comfortable chair to sit in as opposed to the desk chair or the edge of the bed would have been awesome. Still a great stay.

The loft rooms are amazing - placing the bed on a raised platform gives you lots of space, very modern furniture, everything you need is there. The staff (Shannen, Divina and Ryan) were incredibly helpful and friendly. Having a washer and dryer freely available made a long trip so much simpler. The location is perfect: a few minutes to two major metro stations, a great choice of food in Bugis, or Boat Quai. The air conditioning worked flawlessly.

The app-based check-in/room key ultimately worked fine and I believe the staff has adequate backup solutions to address common problems, but it was still less convenient than a regular key card and an unnecessary source of anxiety and friction. Don't let this deter you from booking here though, the amazing rooms are worth it! Staff seems to be under a lot of pressure to remind people to leave a review. There was a warning about construction noise when I booked. There was no noise at all in the mornings (including very late mornings) or evenings when I usually was in the room, but on one weekday where I was in the room during the day, hours of incessant, loud drilling were more disruptive than I had expected.

Andrew, Divina, Ryan and Shannen were exceptional hosts. They were outstanding in their response time before check in, reassured and helped me check in and allowed me to store luggage until tea time trip ro rhe airport. Rhe location, just behind Raffles hotel made travel anywhere in Singapore easy and straightforward. The bed was comfortable shower fab and wonderful to have free laundry facilities on the next floor too. Gluten free creperie comes highly recommended further down the street and the restaurant below also catered for gluten free which was an added bonus for me. I would highly recommend staying here.
