My room was big. though no window. Modern furniture and clean. they gave you 2water bottle and tea coffee and toiletries. Every day room cleaned. there is a option to switch on ‘do not disturb’ sign or ‘clean the room sign’. Toilet was nice and clean. TV also works fine. Inside room there is a humidifier or something like that! Bed and lilen was confortable. Room has a small refrigerator. they keep ur luggage. check out time 12:00pm.

-there is strong hollow sound going on and on! the sound is really strong! the sound comes if someone else take shower in neighboring rooms! Very disturbing! Then room is not sound proof. in hallway ppl talks once was screaming!!! and every morning room cleaning service talk in walky talkies in speakers!!! —- Also the reception desk people are not so polite!! Noise level is quite high!

Location: Close to the Bugis station so it's not hard to get around Breakfast: It's not the best selection but for us, it is a great bonus for the price we paid Room: The room is clean and beds were comfortable. You will hear the noise from the hallway audibly but we didn't really encounter any loud neighbors during our stay so it was good. Staff: Front Desk Staff were very friendly. The people serving breakfast did their best to accommodate everyone. Very much appreciated. I'd advise you eat breakfast early to avoid waiting for seats. The people who helped me with my booking when my card was marked as declined was nice and accomodating. They repeatedly re-assured me that my booking was received and sent me the confirmation via email. Food: Being in the bugis area, there are a lot of open food places at night so no problem finding a place to eat dinner.

I don't have anything to complain about. I didn't expect 5 star service but staying here was definitely worth it.

The room was a great size, very clean, with clean roomy shower and facilities Location was great, a lot of work around but not affected, with easy access to MRT and walking distance to many other fantastic locations Staff were helpful and friendly, always a smile Breakfast was included, simple fare but good and fresh in a nice, comfortable dining area Overall exceeded my expectations and I plan to stay there again :)

Family room for 4 of us was the perfect choice. The room was clean, had the most important amenities provided and the breakfast was very kids friendly. Very close to bugis mrt station, very convenient to any attractions, lots of local foods around the corner

The room was a little humid, but that was probably because of the ac not being on the whole day. After breakfast we went out the whole day and came back around 10 pm.

Excellent location close to everything by foot or by bus/subway from nearby stops. Breakfast a bit ... different for an European but still pleasant and changing from day to day. The room for breakfast on the small size and full sometimes but nothing a few minutes wait or the overflow tables placed outside can not solve. The daily bottles of water in the room were a nice touch, extremely useful in this humid atmosphere.

Humidity but, hey, that's the local climate. The reception staff very professional but a smile can help now and then. Weak WiFi signal and the windowless room doesn't help with our own mobile internet either. This kind of room was our choice because we didn't plan to stay much in the room when there are so many things to see and do but it's still a bit depressing when you look at the factory style meshed ceiling or the clumsily repaired stain on the wall.

Breakfast inclusion in price was a bonus and good choice of breakfast meal. The hotel is located close to Bugis MRT station so could walk to / from MRT with it's connection direct to Changi International Airport and major tourist attractions easy to get to on the MRT. Visited Gardens by the Bay & Maxwell Food Court in Chinatown, both have their own MRT stations. Trains and stations very clean. Reception staff very helpful, called taxi for transfer to Changi on morning of departure.

The highlight of this hotel has to be its unbeatable location and stunning city lights view! My bestie and I picked it for our first trip to Singapore, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. It's perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk to Bugis station, and with a bus stop conveniently right in front of the hotel. We were thrilled when the staff surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade featuring an incredible view of the city lights - such a special touch that made our stay truly unforgettable! The free breakfast was a great start to our days, and all the facilities were in top shape. Our room was spotless and super comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for more—highly recommended!

The check in was smooth and It's 5 minutes walk to bugis station. Food joints right outside the hotel. 7/11 is 2 minutes walk. There is a like a mini walking street right outside with lots of option. The room didn't have window but it didn't really matter it was a decent size room.

The breakfast area is a bit small and we had to share a table with some solo traveller . Luckily he was friendly and we had some good conversation during breakfast.
