Within easy walking distance to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. Very pleasant staff. Lift. Snacks, biscuits, 2 cartons juice, 2 bottles beer, tea and coffee included in your room fee.

Unbeknown to us the room had no window which came as a shock. A false wall to divide toilet/shower from bedroom. Windows in toilet and shower privacy metal outside cover then internal blind so the opposite property cannot see in, then door and plastic panels let a little daylight to room. No private area to store luggage left in hallway next to reception desk.

The location was superb, easy walking distance to many places, close to excellent restaurants. The staff are, without exception, lovely. The steakhouse right next door was fantastic, I have multiple allergies and they were super careful for me. The Explorer room itself was beautiful, it felt well thought out and comfortable. A great bed. Fantastic shower and a heated toilet seat!! The mini bar in the room was included. Contained snacks, a couple of beers and soft drinks. There is a fabulous looking cocktail lounge downstairs, with lovely staff. MRT close by.

The free mini bar in the room was all full sugar items - none of which we would have so remained untouched. Had they included sugar free beverages it would have been helpful. The cocktail bar, although looked gorgeous, had the most uncomfortable seating possible. Bar stools or rigid upright benches. It does not encourage you to settle in and drink, it looks beautiful but is not comfortable ;) The Explorer room only has one comfortable chair. After eight hours of walking around (we walked 20k steps a day), being able to sit quietly and read a book with a glass of wine was not possible unless you perched on the bed. The cocktail lounge, while beautiful to look at, gorgeous staff, but was not comfortable to relax in either. Seating perhaps needs review to make this a better experience.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and ACCOMODATION at the Explorer Suite I am personally quite a clean person and my main point of a hotel is its toilet and im happy to say that the toilet elevated my experience. However, there seems to be some stains on the toilet floor nearing to the tub area so I didnt really like that area but everywhere else was alright! Tub and Bed was hella big for two pax and both of us enjoyed sleeping on the bed (Only thing is the brown pillow does smell a little funky but i just left it aside) I love the aesthetic of the hotel and im hoping that the hotel will be even better once it is fully renovated!! I requested for an iron and the receptionist was kind enough to bring it up to the room

floor is a little creaky in the room at some places and the bed silhouette curtain have some holes felt alittle scared to touch the carpet cuz of stains and stuffs but maybe wash the carpet or smth other than that I WAS P HAPPY DURING THE STAY (love the little snacks by the lift)

The staff at the hotel were friendly and the younger reception member (who was usually on the desk in the afternoon and evening) was particularly helpful. We were having trouble booking a taxi to the city as lots of the drivers would not accept a baby in their car. This staff member helped us arrange a taxi through their local app, as well as advised us on other things to do during our stay. So, thank you!

We booked the photography suite, which was a very last minute decision to book on the same day as arrival. After switching to this hotel from a previous one, this was the only room available to facilitate our family. The room would have been nicer if it had a window.

The room was spacious for Singapore standards, especially when I'm traveling with 2 kids. I like that there were snacks at the lift lobby that I could give as a treat to my kids.

I really don't like the entrance because it is so cramped. Context: The entrance is via a restaurant. The door size is like those you use for the toilet or back office entrance. What made it worse was the humungous payment counter because it doubled up as a coffee brewing station with sink and all. This created a narrow hallway-like entrance. And what made it even worse is that there is a table for 2 aligned to the border line of the payment counter. Basically, you can't walk in with your luggage without knocking the door, the stuff around the entrance, payment counter and then finally stuck behind the table for 2. You will have to do some furniture moving to get through.

Great location, and lovely staff. Also lots of snacks including a free mini bar in the room which was refreshed daily. Room was small, student room style, but perfectly formed with everything that you need. Great for a solo traveller.

Cannot think of any particular negative. No restaurant at the property so no breakfast available, however snacks and mini bar available and plenty of small cafés within a few metres of the property.

The location was great for exploring the city centre, and the room (the Photographer's Suite for 2 adults and 2 children) was perfect for our use (clean, and large). The free minibar was also a nice touch. The restaurant was under renovation when we were there, so didn't get to try it but food options nearby are plentiful and excellent. The hotel did a good job in ensuring that our stay was totally not disrupted (no loud noises, no mess) by the renovation. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was too short.

I especially like Ms Ratna, the staff member who welcomed us during our check-in. She is a very nice and warm person who makes you feel welcome. And there was a kiblat sign in my room, which was a thoughtful gesture by the hotel.

Well, I did not like the bar restaurant downstairs, but understandably, it was quite a scene in that area, so yeah, nothing much I can say about it.

The staff is very friendly and will give you appropriate answers when you have questions or asking. The location is great! Convenient to move anywhere. There is also a very delicious local Kaya toast shop at the corner of the same street on the hotel. I lost some of my belongings at the hotel and ended up returning to Japan, but I'm really grateful that they contacted me and gave me advice on what to do. Please be careful when checking in as it is easy to mistake this hotel for the one next door.

You can hear sometimes the noise from the next room. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Everything is nice. Above my expectation.. The stylish room design, nice lighting, the comfy bed, the spacious bathroom+shower, the minibar + coffee machine, the sylish lounge area at groud floor to allow guests to enjoy cocktails/beer. All.the staff (from receptionist to housekeeing) are very polite and friendly too. Will definitely come back to this hotel again..
