The breakfast was great. a wide variety of dishes and different cuisines of Asia. The staff was helpful and polite. The location is in the heart of a wonderful shopping area. Clean, cozy rooms. Thank you!

I especially didn't like the blankets. They were made of some kind of artificial material that did not allow air to pass through. Therefore, there were two options - to sleep without them - you freeze or lift but sweat

. Arrived by air 11pm, tired. Staff more than helpful, cases delivered to room. we were on 20th floor, view wonderful. Room was excellent with tea/coffee facility. Bath and shower. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Breakfast...like a banquet...everything you wanted....delicious. The location was great, taxis hop on/off buses. A short walk to all shops, cafes. There is a pool on the 24th floor, plenty of towels and sun beds. So sad to leave. Vacate room at noon. Depending on time of transport, book extra time in room.

The staff were great: kind, supporting, always smiling and available to help. The breakfast was outstanding: wide offering, variety, plenty of types of food and good quality. The rooftop pool with restaurant is also fantastic and the gym is way above expectations for Orchard Rd in SG.

It's a pricey and the lobby is actually not a real lobby. There is no real room for guests, no caffe bar or service whatsoever to accommodate the guests except for 4 armchairs in the middle of the hall.

The staff was superb. From the doorman, to all at reception and the waitstaff- everyone was extremely welcoming, helpful and showed initiative. Upon arrival, Ms. YZ greeted me with a sweet smile (alas not a given in Singapore!), expressed enthusiasm for her job and much initiative. She noted that it was my birthday, and immediately upgraded me to a room with Club privileges, offered me complimentary breakfast, cake and cookies. Upon checking into my room, I received a text reiterating her welcome on behalf of the hotel, as well as providing me with a number to contact should I be in need of anything else. I had booked a room for the night, only because the hotel I was staying at for the rest of my stay did not have a room available then. Especially because of the excellent service provided, it made it hard to leave and provided a benchmark as to how other hotels in the area, will now inevitably be measured against.

I am not crazy about the way the hotel looks in terms of its decor, furnishings, and finishes. Which does not mean to say another guest may not find it as unappealing. Nor was the room uncomfortable in any way. I also wish there was a balcony in the room, or the option of opening a window as I struggle with being enclosed in air-conditioning all day.

The property was excellent it had all the amenities locally and was perfectly situated for for subway/tube/MRT. The staff were fabulous, always offering to help where they can and added to our trip immensely. I have to say the bed was THE BEST BED we’ve slept in absolutely amazing you will get the best night sleep. We travel often and would 100% recommend staying here.

Rooftop pool and gym could have been better aesthetically. Very basic for a 5* hotel.

Really efficient check in process, which I appreciated after a long flight. The lady on reception was welcoming, and kindly gave me a little welcome snack to take upstairs. I also was given a complimentary upgrade. The room was very big, and nicely decorated, with a big desk etc. The storage area, although not huge, was perfectly fine for me and included lots of useful amenities, including slippers and gowns. All very clean. The lady on the door to breakfast - which I hadn't booked - was really helpful. I have multiple allergies, which she understood, and took me to show me what was on offer and checked I was happy to have breakfast before I sat down. She was friendly and took the time to chat to me about what I had planned for the day. Travelling with allergies can be tricky so I really appreciated her taking the time to help, and the fact the hotel had accommodated for gluten free, dairy free etc. Bag storage is available, and after a day of sightseeing, the hotel allowed me to use the shower facilities of the gym ahead of leaving for the airport. The hospitality at the hotel was great - when I handed my bags over to be stored, one of the receptionists saw that I was holding a coat - she left the desk and returned to give me a tote bag to protect my coat and keep it clean. Great location, along the main shopping area, and quite close to the MRT station too.

The bathroom was definitely in need of a total renovation. It is a relatively small space, though what really lets it down is the fact is it so dated and tired. The sealant around the sink was black in places.

Everything I had an amazing experience at voco Hotel — the service was outstanding and made my stay truly memorable. I especially want to highlight the morning breakfast — the selection, the quality, and the warm, attentive staff made every morning a great start to the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay in Singapore.

The breakfast so great! The suite room suitable for family of 4 like me. Great location and good value.

When I was arrived here already 5pm, but my room not ready yet when i need to hurry for the taylor swift concert . Before the day when I came here, I already tell staff hotel I will arrive around 4pm. But because of my plane delayed, I can be arrive at hotel around 5pm. This makes me uncomfortable and angry at the same time. But Mr Ismail give me compesation for this. My airport transfer from hotel to airport free. And the breakfast free too for 2 adults. Thank you Mr Ismail. I hope this incident not repeat anymore. Everyone sometimes have the other reason and the other incident. We need to respect the others as well. So I hope hotel staff can be respect with every guest who come late because of something you dont know as well.
