The room was spacious and very clean. The pool is amazing and very big. Not busy. The cleaning services were very good. The staff was very friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

On our last day I had booked and paid an extra night, as our flight was late at night and I did not want to check out early in the morning. We had paid for this night, but room service did not come. When I called and asked them for clean towels, they came and cleaned. It would have been nicer if I did not have to ask, considering we had paid for the extra night already. The brreakfast experience was the least 'exclusive' of our stay. Food was basic, table seating was quite strict and many tables were blocked as 'reserved' simply because staff preferred us to sit somewhere else.

Treetops Executive Residences is a fantastic family accommodation in Singapore. We stayed at super deluxe two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and quiet. It had ample storage space for clothes and luggages. The location is good as it is close to Orchard Road and about ten minutes walk from the nearest MRT station. The pool is great with warm and clean water.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection is very limited and the food is geared towards Asian travelers. We are not picky eaters, but we still found it difficult to find breakfast items for our taste.

We loved the size and layout of the appartment. We liked the breakfast option and used it every day of our stay, it had a great choice of food and was well run by the staff. We loved the pool and used it a lot, almost every day. The location was good, a short walk to bus stops or MRT allowing us to easily get around the whole of Singapore. The courtesy bus was great and we used it regularly. Housekeeping was excellent and the free water was a nice touch as was the pack when we first arrived. The gym was great and I use it several times.

A few things could be improved. When we arrived the receptionist ran through all the facilities but it was a lot to take in after a long flight - a sheet of A4 with everything on would have been useful. The room TV's seemed hard to work, better instructions for use would have been good. Breakfast was sometimes very busy and some things ran out quickly - not sure what you could do about this as it is so popular? The lighting on the pool seemed inadequate with some not working once it went dark, especially those lights within the pool.

Family-friendly setting yet also suitable for business travelers as it is a very large property and very roomy. Lovely staff at the breakfast buffet which is well stocked and regularly refreshed. There was a good choice of food and enough to satisfy both those who wanted an Asian-style breakfast or a more continental version. The check in staff was pleasant. The location is excellent, a 2 minutes walk from Orchard Road and all its shops and restaurants.

The wifi that I connected to in the room didn't seem to work in the lobby / by the pool. The lobby could do with air conditioning or more fans, it was very hot there.

We had a large apartment with two rooms and a full kitchen and lounge. This was worth the money because we were in Singapore for a long time and wanted to spend the days exploring then relaxing. The pool is amazing! Having lots of breakfast options each day fitted well with our holiday plans. Small supermarket nearby meant we could prepare food for ourselves too. Close to MRT and major shopping centres. Also has a free shuttle to the city centre or gardens.

Everything was clean but a bit dated. Some attention to small things needed, e.g. light bulbs not working, cupboard catches crooked and causing doors to rub.

We were greeted with love to a fabulous villa that would have exceeded my wildest expectations, if I had any. Smooth, professional, loving. Ten stars.

The place is great, well done! I am a techie/nerd an actually brought an extension cord with me, because I often find it handy when working or charging devices. Of course many come for fun and sun, but still a little juice is nice. I would recommend investing in high quality braided (friendly, feels like furniture) cables with many outlets that deliver clean high amperage power to all those hungry devices, supporting usb-c PD 100w+ would make you stand out even more, matching your AMAZING internet - professional gaming/streaming ready, best I've seen! Hats off! Also really enjoyed the sound. Thank you!

Nice swimming pool, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, functional kitchen and a washing machine with washing powder at your disposal. Well-working air conditioning. Nice and smiling personnel. I was extremely nicely surprised by the birthday gift I have received from the manager, which made my day (birthday card, wine and even a brithday cake in the fridge! ). Made my birthday extra special :) thank you

Italians will probably say the coffee at breakfast is not coffee (the machine does grind real coffee grains, but the options on it are blocked and you can't make a capuccino or an espresso, just long coffee or a bit smaller coffee) :D

There is so much to love about this place. The Treetops Hotel was simply exceptional. We had a one bedroom apartment, which was spacious, cleaned, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bedding and towels were cleand and crisp. The mattress was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and used the shuttle bus service. Special shout out to Kelvin (the bus driver), He was super friendly and always on time. The Sunbird Cafe and reception staff was very professional and friendly, too.😊 We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic service from the friendly staff, always with a smile. Great location, close to Orchard Road, MRT and plenty of bus lines. Treetops also have a shuttle service that can drop you off at several places across the city, i.e. at The Botanic Gardens. BIG pool! Nice breakfast. We stayed in a two bedroom apparent that was spacious and with great beds.

Only minor things that doesn't really impact my overall, positive view. It was a bit hard to predict when housekeeping would come. The room could have needed a place to hang weat swimwear or laundry in both of the bathroom. Now it was only in one. Again - only minor things.

Excellent location and great for families with the room type we had where there is a room for the kids with 2 separate beds and a room for the parents which is joined by a common living, kitchen, and dining area. Also handy to have modern washer/dryer in the the kitchen area. Basically like a serviced apartement.

Our stay was a little noisy due to some random rooster that was prowling the area (no joke), but this is no fault of the hotel or staff, just one of those random things - try to get a room not facing the main road just in case.
