Loved the room. Beds are super comfy and pillows are magical, best nights sleeps we've had for weeks. Location is very close to Orchard Road - easily accessible to MRT and amazed by the 4 underground levels of shopping/cafes/restaurants that stretch for miles. The staff were pleasant and very helpful whenever we had any queries or needed a taxi for the airport.

Good location near to MRT and shops! More shops and malls than I have ever seen. Comfortable bed and pillows, with an outstanding shower! Nice to see free water and juices topped up every day also.

Had to pay $150 SD + taxes = $175 SD for a 6 hour late checkout request. Restaurant in the evening was also very expensive, so book the food as part of the package if you are planning to eat in.

Clean and big room, excellent toiletries and cosy room good facilities my little granddaughter enjoy here stay that makes me very happy and your staff at Level 15 never stop making her cheerful giving her the extra attention. From front office to service staff to room chambermaid I salute you for your HIGH standard of customer care. Congratulations keep it up see you guys soon.

Nothing all are perfect

Location: perfect just minutes away from Orchard road main shopping Room: super clean, big size room, perfect bathroom with great rain shower, love it. Nespresso coffee machine available with free capsules, asked for refurbish that was happily provided to us. Free water bottles as well. Bath ropes and sleepers available as well. The hotel is well maintained and I had a very comfortable stay

Wow, that is a hard one. We are looking for things not to like!! If we had to pick something, it would be the cost to the seafood dinner. That was a little steep.

The hotel is phenomenal. The location, the staff's kindness, the food, the quiet room, the functional Internet- absolutely top. I will recommend it warmly and return in the future.

I always enjoy my stay at Royal Plaza whenever I am visiting Singapore. From their location, rooms and breakfast, everything is wonderful. More importantly their staff are always welcoming, helpful and serve you with a smile all the time.

Nothing really. All was wonderful as usual

The only negative was the room was serviced quite late each day and always seemed to clash with when we were coming back from a day out and wanted to shower and rest and couldn't because our room was next to be done.

Easy access to the hotel, close to bus and train stops. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent assistance from staff at all front of house areas.
