Proximity to MRT, Convenience shops and restaurants with variety of cuisine with quality food and well priced..you can get a good meal for under S$20..Beds were comfortable with an abundance of pillows, and rooms were so well designed and functional for a business traveller. Rooms had usual tea, coffee, creamer as well as 2 cans of tea drinks, that were replenished daily. The reception staff allowed me 2 additional hours after check out at 10 am because I had a late flight..soo happy!! Requests for taxi service from reception had taxi arriving within 5 minutes.

Weather was bit hot, but that is due to the hand of God..

Good location, makes it easy to get into central Singapore, and easy to get to from the airport. The staff also let us leave a suitcase at the hotel for 6 days whilst we travelled elsewhere.

Some other guests were noisy, and our room had some moth cocoons on the ceiling.

The room is quite big, clean, comfortable and spacious for a Family of 5 with one or two young kids. The beds are comfy and bed sheets are clean. The toilet is also quite big and very clean. The WIFI is fast and Smart TV is equipped with a lot of channels. They provided complimentary beer, ice tea and snacks for free. Have basically all what you need in a room - wardrobe, toiletries, slip ons, hair dryer, baggage compartment, safety lock, coffee/tea, kettle and fridge.

Only 2 power outlets located near the wardrobe and beside toilet - they could have added more especially for family room. If they set-up their own Cafe or Dining room the experience would have been perfect so we have an option to have breakfast at their facility. The right lift will close right away without waiting for you we got many instances of being closed in while were still putting our luggages. The driveway don't have cover for guests especially when it rains. There are no dining tables in the room so not easy to eat in the room.

They even supply you with washing powder in your room to laundry Nespresso x 2 per day Coffee and herbal teas Huge bathroom as you shower u can view the towers Huge bedroom Big screen tv Huge kitchen Open plan dining For the price I give them 7Stars

Nothing all was perfect

We love the room, it's quite spacious. The linens were fresh & clean. The beds were comfy and the area is quiet so we were able to get a good night's sleep. Water dispenser is provided outside the room which is a plus. It is within walking distance to the National Stadium so it's very convenient to stay there for the Coldplay concert.

I have been to hotels all over the world and it was the first time I was told to take & send the iron I borrowed to the reception area myself. Usually, we only need to leave it outside the room. We were also asked to put SDG100 deposit for the room, which is a tad too much since we were only in Singapore for 24hrs and wanted to spend it on food.

It is convenient walking from the hotel to National Stadium. And I have kept my luggage after check out. I am glad I have booked this place. Staff is very helpful too. They even answer my call at 5am.

- The pillow is too high for me. My neck got pain next morning. - Drinking water outside the room has an unpleasant taste and at last I buy bottles of water myself - There are ants waking on the table

The hotel was clean, for sure. Cannot fault the description provided. The room itself was ok, comfy bed, working TV and Aircon, and also provided some kind of welcome package, I mean, the provided food and drink was for free.

The lift door closed almost immediately, which was strange. The previous reviews said how accommodating the staff was with early check-in, our experience was totally the opposite. Even though we booked an extra night just to stay there for another 4 hours (we had an afternoon flight and didn't want to wander around in the city with the luggage ), they didn't let us check in 1 hour before 3pm... we had to wait till 2:30. The story was the same for the other guests, they had to wait till 2:30pm or so. I try to figure out how it is a 4-star hotel, when there is no breakfast, no kitchen, no pool, etc.

The bedroom facilities were extremely comfortable. The bed was exceptional, including linen changes everyday and bottle refills of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. A bonus is hotel security system which is set up in a way where as we felt very safe .

There nothing I didn’t like although it would have been lovely to relax around a pool.

Good size room, definitely bigger than the average size of rooms in mid scale SG hotels. Location is ok, bit of a walk from the train station so don't suggest doing this with your luggage. Lots of food options around the area.

Would be nice to have a resto/room service/kiosk inside the hotel. At night, only 1 staff on duty so need to come down to reception for assistance.

Clean and tidy and easy to get to on the train. Staff were friendly.
