The hotel is located walking distance to the Aljunied MRT station, which connects directly with the airport and city centre. Hotel itself is a budget type accommodation, but we had no issues whatsoever: it was a quiet street, no major noise, also clean and it had all one needs for a 1-2 nights stay. For the price we paid, I think it was definitely a good value hotel, just do not expect to be greeted with a ceremony or warm welcome - it is a budget place after all. The area has got plenty of places to eat, although, by the look of it not very sanitary, so my advice would be to go to the nearest shopping mall and get some food there...

Reception desk staff could squeeze a smile every now and then, and to be a bit more polite in general.

The location was very convenient for getting around. Walking distance to bus stops. Restaurants are quite close by too. The staff were friendly and supportive. Especially the front office staff. The room was clean and adequate. Even though the room was a bit smaller than usual hotel rooms, you can make space once you have pushed the luggage’s under the bed. However, only the towels and the bed linen were replenished when we asked for the service. The floor was not cleaned/swept. Overall the stay was good. And would recommend the place to anyone who travels to Geylang / Singapore

The room was clean and pretty nice. It has all basic stuff, like hairdryer, teapot and TV with YouTube and Netflix. The hotel is new and the personnel is very friendly and ready to help 24/7. For free they provided the iron and the board.

The room is very small and there are not enough space to put your stuff. Would be good to have laundry service. The hotel is not really close to the metro station, but it was pretty easy and comfortable to use buses.

The room was clean and everything looked exactly like the pictures. The staff was very helpful. There is a small shop across the street and a laundry shop aswell. There is a tap for drinking water in the rooms, which is great.

The rooms are tiny. The area is around the hotel is not very nice, it’s near a red light district apparently and there were a lot of shady men around at night. Since the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast it would be nicht if there was a real coffee machine or something. Also it would be nice if there were some chairs outside. You can’t take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom.

1) Not good arrangement for clothes hanger as it is too low. 2) Room table/ desk is small and cluttered with the phone and the hot water kettle.Perhaps a slide out extension can solve that problem. E.g. Like the slide out drawer to the left. 3) Lighting in the room is insufficient for work. A walll mounted lamp for working could be added above the desk 4) To reduce the clutter on the desk, the room phone could be wall mounted.

It’s really worth to stay. Being a first time staying in this hotel, the overall service exceeded our expectations. Staffs are friendly and proactive. Hotel Environment is clean and makes the guests feel comfortable and worth the money to stay for. There are a lot of nearby stores and really convenient to get a quick bite as well. Lastly, housekeeping team is the best. They keep checking for our room everyday and do the needful whatever necessary. Thank you Princess branch team. Recommended.

Room is a bit smaller than we thought however we still manage to fit. That’s no issue for us.

This is a budget hotel and it lived up to the expectations. The rooms were ok (hotel rooms are usually small in Singapore). There was no food available which we were already aware of. The rooms were small but neat and tidy and with windows. Its not very far from the heart of the city so it is easy to go anywhere you want. The bus top is nearby, though MRT is a little away.

The only thing which I didn't like was the neighborhood. Its not a very lively place and most of the food options available nearby are Chinese. We booked 2 rooms - the Wi-Fi was good in one room but not the other.

The rooms were modern and tidy. The hotel was quiet. Checkin was quick as easy and operating 24 hours. I asked for an extra pillow and they gave us two. For what you are paying, it is what you would expect.

The rooms are quite small - even for Singapore standard. There is not much room to move around or for luggage. My mum and friends room smelled a lot like smoke when we first arrived. We told the front desk and they tried to fix but I didn't quite get rid of the smoke, unfortunately. It would have been better for them to swap rooms. It is a non smoking hotel, but it must have been coming in from the stairs or through the vents.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Room was small however at this price you can’t expect a big room in Singapore. And the big window in the room made it look much bigger. Moreover the view from the window was pretty pleasant. Location wise a bit far from the MRT but lots of affordable restaurants nearby and a small 7-11 store just opposite the hotel. Room was clean and the facilities were as I needed. Definitely can be a great choice for someone on a budget.
