The staff was very accomodating. The location is near to many restaurants that locals eat.

The hotel is a bit old and needa some renovation. There was a very distinct foul smell. We tried to change room but it was also the same. But I commend the staff for their excellent service.

I got a horrible room first then I had to ask for the room shown in the Booking Site. Make sure to take the renovated room not the busted room!

it is accessible near bus stops and a little walk at Al Junied station, lot’s of hawkers and affordable restaurants outside. the front desk is accommodating, we stayed 6 days and everyday they are changing and fixing our bed they’re cleaning the room and giving us bottled water. if you’re in a tight budget I recommend this hotel.

the only thing I didn’t like is there is no bidet just a minor thing but over all stay is a 10/10

The receptionist staff is very helpful, friendly, and informative. I can store my luggage there in the early morning before me and my family start our adventure at Singapore. The room is worth the price. Eventhough it's small, but it has a quite complete facilities. It has a cupboard, TV, a desk, mineral water, kettle to make coffee, etc. The toilet is clean and they provide us with towels, shampoo, soap, and dental kit. The air conditioner also can functioned well. My family spent one night there and we feel comfortable to stay there. We could have a good rest after spent a tiring day at the USS. Not a bad location close to restaurants and a easy walk to the MRT if you’re of reasonable fitness. Comfortable enough for the price.

Great n helpful staff. Clean and simple room. Great n cheap food nearby. Buses n trains between 5 to 10mins away to all parts of singapore. Great value for money.

Aircon could have been colder at the maximum.

Location is near shops and bus stop. Location is center to all tourist sites, restaurants, shopping areas and not too far from airport. They change towels and replenish water and coffee everyday. AC is cold.

They did not change sheets I think throughout the duration of our stay. Toilet is clogged. They did not change/clean the coffee mugs. Overall cleanliness is so-so.
