At first I liked the hotel location. All the restaurants are near my hotel. . MRT station also near the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. the front desk manager lady was too good and very helpful. Other female and male staff were also very cooperative. I am very sorry I forgot their names. when I checked out from the hotel two male staff members helped me a lot. I am a diabetic person. They keep all my insulin and medicine inside their own refrigerator. I found only one thing missing in this hotel: a refrigerator or a Mini bar in the room. Also they can arrange a hand shower near the commode. Thanks.

The room was much larger than expected. There are two restaurants at the street corner and a whole bunch of 24 hour restaurants along Geylang, and a bust stop just around the corner. All of that within a 5 minute walking distance.

The little padded seat is just a little too short to be able work at the desk on my laptop comfortably. An extra folding light chair with a back would have been nice. A few small roaches, but that was a minor issue.

Everything every worker in the hotel first class. EXCEPTIONAL stay well done and thank you.

The only thing that could have been better was the TV needs updating more channels.

The hotel is near of the station, so is easy to connect to the city, also many restaurants, cafes. Very friendly receptionist and very helpful, they lend us charges for our phones and umbrella because of the rainy day.

HOTEL 81 Lucky! Perfect place for group for a couple most specially to those who will have a short stay to Singapore. Very comfortable, the receptionists are very accommodating. Air conditioners are all functioning well.

Facilities is a bit old but well maintained. Cleanliness is good. Staffs are quite well trained. First checked in, the aircon is not working properly aircon needs to be upgraded.

Budget hotel but good value for money in a central location close to MRT. Was there for an event as the Sports Hub which was only a 15 min walk away

The Manager was very accommodating. He has a lot of patience to explain about nearby access to transportation and convenience and food stalls.

Nice building, a little bit quiet, bathroom was good cleaning and tidy. Near to shopping, near by restaurant and very access to train MRT station.
