Room was good and comfy. Front office staff were excellent. Micheal was super friendly and accommodative to my needs.

The toilet shower floor elevation is not correct causing water from the shower to splash out of the toilet making the whole toilet floor wet. I guess this is a construction flaw and you guys cant do anything about it I guess. And shower gel dispenser emits very little gel when needed. Need to replace the gel dispenser. Price wise its not very cheap considering you are positioning your hotel to be a 3 star budget hotel

I loved the location. It is walking distance from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and it’s practically a part of the Bayfront Mall where you can get all of your last-minute souvenirs (at a slightly higher price than other places because of the convenience of not having to travel out). There are a lot of food places and spas that you can walk to from here. You can get street food at night just as you exit the lobby. We even got our Nasi Padang fix at Sederhana just before our ferry back to Pasir Gudang. To venture out, hot spots are just a Grab ride away. Tip for Malaysians (I assume Singaporeans too): If you use Grab in your home country, you just need to make sure you have a card linked to it and you can easily use Grab in Batam where they charge you in IDR. Oh, one more thing. Indonesia uses Type C & F sockets but thankfully, they had one Type G socket in every room we got because we completely forgot to bring an adapter. Last but certainly not least, the staff are super helpful and friendly.

I brought sandwiches so I was hoping they had a fridge. They didn’t. We wished the bathroom had a divider or at least a shower curtain to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. After every shower, the whole bathroom floor was wet which made it a little uncomfortable. We found that the walls were rather thin because we kept waking up from our afternoon nap due to noise from outside even though we were on the 8th floor. Check-out was a tad longer than normal because they took a while checking the rooms. Apart from that, the stay was good value for money.

Location of hotel is about 5-7 minutes walk from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Room is spacious and clean. Decent varieties of breakfast menu, plus staff are very polite and attended to our feedback regarding the room air-conditiining which was not cool enough.

-No shower screen/curtain in the toilet to prevent the floor surrounding the toilet bowl area from wet and slippery. -The edge along the right side side of the bed has worn out or softening which makes sleeping uncomfortable.

Hotel staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient, part of the building / mall that houses the immigration & customs. So easy direct access to ferry office, and departure gate. Facilities were clean.

Basic amenities. Simple solution to install shower curtain rod and curtain would prevent the bathroom from getting wet, which is especially dangerous when using the fixed hair dryer (which isn’t earthed). Even using the cheapest curtain would be helpful and just replace once every 2-3 bookings so it won’t grow mold or smell.

I love the bed and the pillows! Feels like sleeping on a cloud. So comfy and clean! The window is soundproof. Even though they had an event across the road , it doesn't bother me at all.

There is no shower curtain in the shower. A bit scared to use the provided hairdryer since it was unearth. Its good to have big mirror in the room but best if they could install a plug nearby so that customers can dry or style their hair near the mirror.

For about $50 a night with breakfast, this hotel is good. The hotel is connected to Harbour Bay Mall which has food, drinks and some shops to grab small snacks. The mall houses the ferry terminal. At the hotel, the bed is firm and comfy to my liking. The aircon is strong too which was good and the staff asked me about it upon check out. The room lights were bright and the window with blind was good for sunlight in the day. At breakfast, there is a machine that makes good and fresh coffee. The staff were all happy to serve and open to feedback. That was good! Thank u!

Found a dead mozzie on the bathroom wall. Seems that the cleaning could have been better. The door handles could be better cleaned.

The room was very comfortable and the location was good. There was a mall nearby for us to get food or any essentials easily. Good value for money.

The breakfast options were limited and the food was mediocre. The wifi in the room was weak sometimes. The wifi on the TV is very bad as it always disconnects when we are watching netflix.

have drinks at the cafe- a good meeting point for friends staying at nearby locations. Satisfied with the cleanliness of rooms and surrounding areas within the hotel. Location is very good to book a Grab transport, they responded within minutes.

Unsure if any limitation of hot water in room- turns cold before can finish one's shower.

Location is good. However, l need to take a cab to almost all major shopping mall but still not too bad. I had a good sleep and need not have to worry for my belongings. A great peace of mind. Finally, staffs are very polite and courteous

I just wish all major shopping mall would be next to Zest Hotel ;D

The breakfast was to my expectation, the location is excellent because of the ferry terminal, hotel room is value for money. I will make Zest hotel my prime stay whenever I visit Batam.

I ve no dislike about the hotel because of location and price.
