Excellent location, close to shops, cafees, restaurants, subway and buses. Central and easy to get around, but still in a quiet street. Nice pool area, also quiet and with fresh towels available. Gym available. The apartment was perfect for a family vacation for two adults and children aged 9 and 11. Forthcoming and friendly staff.

Some more food/snacks available at reception would be nice.

Convenient, very reasonable price, excellent service, clean and comfortable.

Wish they provide some cleaning tools for the weekends when there’s no cleaning service. The charging cables connected to their landline phone is quite cool, unfortunately it was broken.

Excellent service, very family oriented, staff is super friendly; large multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 4; washer / dryer in room; pool is also very nice & well situated in sun; convenient walk to Orchard but expect to take MRT or taxi most of time to explore other parts of lovely Singapore.

Generally everything was great

I had no idea of any free breakfast. We purchased eggs, cereal, juice, almond milk, fruits, etc in a local supermarket and made breakfast daily in the well appointed kitchen. We were confused with the housekeeping schedule however the housekeepers were wonderful : friendly and extremely good workers in my opinion. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 14th floor which was good size and a good layout. Bathrooms were a good size with modern toilets and terrific showers. The master bedroom bathroom had a bathtub too. AC and WI-FI were excellent. We had a problem with our TV service which a friendly and very competent technician addressed for us. When I saw water leaking from the bottom freezer portion of our refrigerator, 2 very courteous and competent technicians ably fixed it for us. The property is well cared for and the location is excellent.

A better explanation of breakfast offerings and the housekeeping schedule would make sense in my opinion. Otherwise this is a well run and maintained property.

Everything was comfortable and nice. Beds were good, toilets were nice, rainshower was very nice. Perhaps it would be nice to have a larger trash bin in the kitchen, but overall we had a lovely stay. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive. Parking was convenient and the access to orchard road through royal plaza on scotts was convenient.

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment was spacious, we all had our own bathrooms, very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very equipped with all our needs.

The washing machine was a bit tricky to use due to the settings. But it still did the job.

Location and the size of the apartment

Pretty noisy/echoey, can hear people talking pretty loud. Tap fittings are loose. One of the windows doesn’t close tightly, gaps on the sides. Can hear sounds from outside and feel the warm air from outside.

The location was extremely the best ever as it is close to all activity and shopping center, also it is close to Ion MRT which connect you to all Singapore. I did not try the breakfast but I knew it is served to the room which makes it a super services for who comes for leisure.

Easy check in and departure, excellent location, very good overall. clean, as advertised.

Kitchen tap wobbly, nearly ran out of toilet paper, cupboard door near fridge wouldn't close, just minor maintenance issues.

Great location, the rooms were quiet without much disturbance. The unit was a good size for our family and well kept each day.

Breakfast menu was just okay.
