Great location and very courteous staff. Rooms and kitchen were well furnished. Requests for a slightly earlier check in, extra keys, and the baby cot were quick to be provided. Welcome basket and birthday cake were also provided which made us feel at home at the property.

Property is starting to show its age. Labels on things such as faucets and air purifiers have faded out. Oven had to be repaired while we stayed due to build up of oil etc and there were several broken lights around the room. Housekeeping has room for improvement as various surfaces such as the tops of microwaves and bottoms of cabinets tend to be dusty before, during, and after cleaning.

The location is excellent. The room is not new but well maintained and kept clean. The kitchen is fantastically well fitted with whatever you need to make a meal, rice cooker included. We were given a wonderful welcome basket that I’ve never received from any other hotels before. Just wonderful. Aircon is loud though but I didn’t mind it too much. Overall just lovely! The staff were also exceptional, friendly and helpful all the time. 10/10

Though the place has been around for awhile. It is still very well maintained and feels luxurious. Place looks classy and good, accept for some bedroom "white lights" which I didn't like the "white" Staffs were accommodating, well mannered and friendly. Even the cleaners were nice and friendly besides doing a great job cleaning up my apt . Thumbs up to the management!

Eh.....only the "white lights" in the rooms. ..

So much to like at this accommodation! The welcome basket, the proximity to shops and transport, the huge pool, the polite staff. Our apartment also had a fully equipped kitchen. Despite being close to bustling Orchard it was pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Whilst everything was working and clean, the apartment is a little tired. There are some renovated apartments, so perhaps they are gradually renovating them all. Also my bed was so soft I would wake up with a back ache and could not sleep on my stomach. The rest of the family were fine though, so perhaps it’s just me!

The stay at parksuites was worth it and value for money. the apartment is very clean and the staff are helpful. i enjoyed my stay and had a good time. The grocery and metro are very close by and orchard road is a good place to walk around. Tap water is safe to drink and beds are comfy. cleaning staff comes on alternate days.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The 2 bedroom size is good for 4 and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet.

The facilities are bit old, one of the toilets was a bit leaking but still okay to use. The shared laundries were always busy. I will prefer to book the room with private washing machine next time.

Spacious room. Excellent location. Very close to the MRT station and the major shopping malls such as Takashimaya, Lucky Plaza, Ion Plaza etc

Would have liked more plates and cutlery in the kitchen as there were only 4 plates and 4 knives/forks/spoons. Also a large non-stick saucepan would have been great.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The service was excellent. The staff at reception were always courteous and obliging. Enjoyed using the pool and steam room. Goodies hamper was a lovely touch.

The sauna wasn't working. Maintenance work happening around but appreciate it was necessary.

Location is really great,plus transport is easy . Spacious , clean . Ideal for long stays . Nice kitchenette. Has a gym and pool.

The power plugs were very few , and the ones that they have are really low , one has to bend and find a spot near the bedside lamp. These days one has many devices to charge and an accessible power plug is a necessity.

Location, Location, Location! Hotel was centrally located in Orchard. Public transportation (MRT) was nearby and within walking distance. Convenient to all the major shopping malls and eatries. Rooms were comfortable and spacious with the exception of the kitchen. The daily (Monday to Friday) breakfast offered was quite adequate even though we did not partake of the daily offerings every day.

The cleaning agent used to clean the apartments was very strong and smelled of camphor as soon as you walk into the unit. No amount of air freshner or scented candles helped. Kitchen was small but workable. Only one person in the kitchen area is one too many!
