I am very happy to stay for the second time at Fraser Residence because the service of all the staff who work there is very good and friendly, the room is also very clean and thank you for upgrading my room to a balcony type. I am grateful for the service of all Fraser staff, hopefully in the future I can stay here again

We liked everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, the lighting is really good, offering a nice view over the city. The room is well equipped with kitchen appliances and a washing machine. There's even filtered water which you can drink, I appreciated this a lot as it saved me a bunch of trips to the store. Public transport is nearby and you can get pretty fast anywhere. The pool was well tended, even if in some days we were the only ones using it, and the jacuzzi actually worked, haha, you don't see this very often. The gym was open 24/7. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Singapore was a nice experience overall, and the hotel did rise to the expectations, and beyond. We highly recommend it.

Whether it was recommending local attractions or ensuring that my room was always pristine, Jeehan's dedication to excellence was truly commendable. No complaints

The property was quiet. There were many times when we were the only ones at the pool - which was gorgeous. Very quick walk to Orchard MRT (find entry 12 very close by) and Orchard Ion/Orchard Road. Very friendly staff. We got an upgrade on check-in which was fabulous

It was a little further out from most things…but still easy to access via MRT and Grab. No gluten free offerings for breakfast.

Wonderful Appartement had everything needed. Gorgeous view towards Orchard. Great Pool (suitable for lap swimming).

Breakfast while completely ok was a tad basic at times (use of convenience products like the occasional waffles for example). It was good and we always found something but if one point holds back the Apartment from a perfect 10 it would be the breakfast.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Neat and clean. Wifi and airconditioning are top class. Overall very efficient place.

Breakfast has limited menu, got boring after couple of days. While the place is comfortable do not expect a luxury experience. There are cheaper options available but you pay a lot more for the location here.

The property was modern, apartment spacious with everything we needed, loved having the washing machine. The staff so friendly, helpful and in lovely uniforms had the best of both worlds the independence of an apartment but services of a concierge, they even brought up our takeaway when delivered via the Grab app. Location was fabulous with both bus stop and Orchard MRT right on our doorstep that we could get to quickly and cheaply to Gardens By the Bay, ChinaTown, the zoo and all other major sites. Even having the ION Orchard Food court right on door step, saved travelling far to a Hawker centre.

The location was perfect, just couple minutes walk from the MRT station (ORCHARD), you can easily get to anywhere in the city (that including shopping mall, food court, china town, restaurant, etc). Cant not beat the location, it super convenient and eliminate the need for taxi)
